Open the French doors to access gardens filled with peonies, tulips, and daisies. Indoor/outdoor living with lanai doors from newly renovated kitchen to expanded deck. Kitchen pass through window to counter with barstools. Snooze in a hammock by the lilac trees. Enjoy the fire pit with four Adirondack chairs. Original features include a fireplace and patinaed hardwood floors, and there's a wealth of antique furniture and art.

Horse Country, beautiful rolling hills, wild life, birds and turkeys, quiet, antiques and art, great restaurants, shooting at Orvis, Mashomack, Tamarack. Less than two hours from New York City. Close to Newburgh airport.
