There are cameras at the front entrance and two monitoring the pool/backyard area.

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including:

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests and to comply with local regulations, please review the following:

- No parties or events allowed
- Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with city regulations
- The property is equipped with outdoor noise monitoring devices (no recording, only volume levels)
- Exterior security cameras are installed (front entrance and pool/backyard areas)
- No pets allowed
- Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed at all times
- No smoking inside the home
- Please do not use glass in or around the pool area for safety reasons
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool
- A pool alarm is available and can be activated upon request for child safety. (Located in the laundry room)
- Guests are responsible for any damages or
violations during their stay

Our portable JBL speaker is available for your enjoyment and may be taken to the beach or used outdoors during your stay. Please ensure it is returned to the home before checkout — failure to return the speaker will result in a $500 replacement fee.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation.


SECURITY DEPOSIT & ADDITIONAL FEES

To maintain the quality of Marbella Stays and ensure a positive experience for all guests, the following policies apply:

An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left in an excessively dirty condition beyond normal use.

A minimum fee of $250 may apply for violations including, but not limited to:

-Smoking inside the property

-Unauthorized pets

-Excessive cleaning

-Additional charges may also apply for:

-Exceeding the approved occupancy limit

-Noise violations or complaints

-Damages to the property or missing items

-Guests are responsible for any damages or violations that occur during their stay.

Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.

**Optional pool heating is available upon request for a $150 fee, which covers up to two heating cycles during your stay.**

Security Deposit & Damage Policy

At Marbella Stays, we take great pride in maintaining our home to the highest standards for all guests.

While we do not collect a traditional upfront security deposit, by booking this property you agree to be financially responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules that occur during your stay.

Any damages, excessive cleaning, smoking, or misuse of the property will be charged.

- Unauthorized Parties & Events
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this rule, including unauthorized guests or gatherings, will result in an immediate $1000 penalty fee, possible termination of the reservation without refund, and additional charges for any damages or disturbances caused.

- Noise & Disturbances
This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices to ensure compliance with local regulations. Excessive noise or complaints may result in penalties and/or removal from the property.

- Cleaning & Condition
The home must be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, trash, or failure to follow checkout instructions may result in additional cleaning fee

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

To help us maintain Marbella Stays in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you complete the following before check-out:

- Place all used towels in the laundry room

- Dispose of all trash in the designated bins

- Wash or load any used dishes into the dishwasher

- Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics

- Set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature

- Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked

- Double check for personal belongings

Please leave the home in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or failure to follow these steps may result in additional cleaning fees.
