This area is just west of the Illinois Medical District and close to the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), making it a popular spot for medical professionals, students, and long-time residents alike. The neighborhood features a mix of historic brick two- and three-flats, quiet tree-lined streets, and newer developments. Tri-Taylor is known for its proximity to the historic Little Italy district along Taylor Street, home to old-school Italian restaurants, cafĂ©s, and bakeries. The area maintains a down-to-earth, residential feel with an increasing wave of investment and redevelopment, blending long-standing community roots with a growing influx of young professionals and families.



Getting Around:

Public transit is convenient and well-connected, centered around the CTA Pink Line’s Polk Station, just a block away. Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
