🚙 Car Recommended: To enjoy the best local restaurants, hidden beaches, and nearby towns (like Luquillo or Fajardo), we highly recommend renting a car. It gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace! 💨

⛴️ Ferry Access: We are perfectly positioned for the Culebra & Vieques Ferry. Pro-tip: Book your tickets online in advance, as they sell out fast! 🎟️🏝️

📱 Rideshare Note: While Uber exists, availability is very limited in this area. We suggest booking a private taxi or having your own rental to avoid wait times. 🚖

1. Arrival & Departure



Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

Unauthorized late checkouts after 11AM will incur an additional fee.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.



2. Beach Essentials

Your seaside escape is stress-free with beach towels and beach chairs — everything you need for lazy sun-drenched afternoons.



3. Your Free Starter Package



Every stay includes our thoughtfully prepared Starter Package, so you feel right at home:

Towels: 2 large bath towels + 1 beach towel + 1 washcloth per guest, plus 1 hand towel per bathroom

Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, toothpaste

Refreshments: 1 snack and bottled water per guest

Basics: 2 toilet papers, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel

4. Keep in Mind



Our homes are designed for calm, connection, and comfort.

Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren’t permitted

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM — perfect for starry nights and restful mornings

Our homes use NoiseAware, which simply monitors volume (never content) to ensure everyone’s peace.



5. Guest Care & Safety



Because your safety and peace of mind matter:

A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease.

Damage waiver fee is requested at check-in — so you can fully relax knowing you’re covered.



6. Power Outages in Puerto Rico

Life on the island is magical, but Puerto Rico may occasionally experience unexpected power outages.

If an outage lasts more than 3 hours but you choose to stay at the property, you may request a refund for the affected nights.

If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.
