The villa is set in quiet and well-kept condo not far from the centre of Costa Rei. A gorgeous sandy beach, shopping and dining facilities are at a short distance. The condo offers a shared pool that can be accessed by paying a club card on the spot (only seasonally open form the end of June to the first week of September).
The villa is set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living area with sitting and dining corners, a separated kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a shower room. On the loft there are two single beds that can be adjoined to host a second couple.
The main amenities include sat TV, air conditioning (a powerful unit in the living room), a washing machine, a kitchenette equipped with fridge with freezer, gas hob, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
This villa is fully fenced and has a large roofed veranda with BBQ area, large lawned garden with a great view of the sea. It has also a practical outdoors shower.
From the parking lot guests have to climb some steps to reach the entrance gate of the villa.
Costa Rei is a nice beach resort in the Southern Sardinia. It is perfect for family beach holidays and for people who love relax, a pristine nature, good food and wine.
