Cette maison de style complexe de 3000 pieds carrés a à la fois un attrait moderne et des équipements incroyables. La maison a 3 cheminées, des comptoirs en granit, un espace de vie incroyable avec des plafonds de 20 pieds de hauteur et beaucoup de lumière avec de belles fenêtres Pella.
Les 4 chambres sont joliment meublées et comprennent toutes une literie de qualité supérieure et des draps fins.
La magnifique cour arrière dispose d'une piscine avec une cascade en cascade du jacuzzi relaxant. Profitez de la vue sur les montagnes de Sandia à l'est et surplombant la ville d'Albuquerque à l'ouest.

Great place for family stay! Safe gated neighborhood. Tons of amenities to hang out at the house for a pool day and for night in to relax. Very close to Old Towne and Sandia. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend

Absolutely stunning

This property is very well decorated and feels like your own home. It had absolutely everything that we needed. And was the perfect place for us and our small getaway. We were in town for a family wedding and were thrilled to find this amazing home for our trip! The interior is beautiful! Our family enjoyed lounging around the pool during the day. The host was very responsive and the property seemed even better than advertised!

Wonderful oasis

We loved our stay at Joe’s place. The gated community felt safe and secure. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house alarm system was an added bonus. We spent so much time in the gorgeous pool. It was heated and clean. Jose was a great host! He was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had.

Paradise found! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. The property was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Breath taking property !!

INCREDIBLE STAY! This house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions. "We will definitely book this property again in the future." Wedding friends retreat

Eight of us travelled from San Diego to attend a friend’s wedding at the Sandia Resort and we could not have chosen a more perfect VRBO home for our 4-night getaway. The home is spacious, clean, functional, and tucked away in a safe, gated community. The pool, hot tub, BBQ, and pool table were all big hits. We made scrumptious meals in the large, well appointed kitchen. We all felt like we were at a high end resort. Highly recommended for vacations in the North Albuquerque area.

Girls Getaway

Beautiful and spacious house with a gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. Jose was great about helping us when the pool cover wouldn't open, got it fixed quickly so we could enjoy the sun outside. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and the master bathroom was outrageous. Being in a gated community helped my group of girls feel comfortable and safe.

Beautiful House

Some of the appliances were very high scale and simple instructions on their use would have been helpful. The thermostats were hard to understand and were not always easy to find. The property is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. It was a great place for our annual Thanksgiving get together.

All the way around AMAZING!

Be prepared to have an amazing stay in Albuquerque! Once you enter the property it feels like you step into your own island. Although the home is located in a neighborhood once you enter you feel completely secluded. The home itself is beautiful with gorgeous art. It is spacious and plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen, living room and pool area are set up for family fun with something for everybody to do. The host Jose was responsive, accommodating and so easy to work with. For any Albuquerque gathering we would be happy to stay again!

Spacious pool good

Needs some attention to detail cleaning there was a dead bug on the wall, in bathroom and the bath towels were put away wet. needs new pots and pans and cooking kitchen knives there were ants in our bed. The pool was nice spacious and when something wasn’t working they sent someone out immediately to fix. Nice to have washer dryer also. Also something needs to be put down where porch table is very very slippery when wet but kids liked the pool and hot tub

Very surprised by this review specially when traveler asked for a discount. I agreed, then she asked to bring a dog, I agreed, when we don't allow pets in this home. As far the comments: I already got a new set of knives and ordered a deep cleaning of the home, I wish I had been notified when she was there to have taken care of it the same day. Also, I have been working with greenway pest solutions for years and never had complains about ants or seen any at the home. Thank you

Great location

This home was located in a great spot for the things that we wanted to do when in Albuquerque… Hot air, balloon ride, tram with hiking, and good restaurants! If you are able to overlook the creepy art on the walls and the carpet that desperately needs replacing, this is a decent spot. The pool was great, we had six very comfortable lounge chairs, but the chairs around the outside table need new seat cushions. The master bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of nice clean towels, but the kitchen could have used some plastic drinkware to use by the pool. The house is listed as a four bedroom home, but the fourth bedroom is actually a detached Casita, which was a surprise to us. It worked out fine, we just didn’t realize it. Jose was very attentive, answered our questions, and was a good host.

Great location - not thrilled about everything else. The location for the balloon festival was about as good as it gets. There is a large tree that impedes a perfect view, but just outside the front you can see the entire Balloon Field. The house was probably at one time beautiful. There is clearly deferred maintenance issues. The AC in the casita in the front was not working and the host sent a repair crew. The filter was black, not grey, not dirty, but black. This also made that space unusable as it was hot for 1 day of our stay. The other rooms got hot as well even with the AC set to 70. The only room that was well cooled was the primary. The kitchen utensils were sticky and the drawers had crumbs and stains. It did not feel as if it were properly or regularly cleaned. The beds were comfortable and firm. The bathrooms had very basic finishes and I had to manually tighten the toilet seat as it was sliding off the toilet and by the end of the stay the bathroom exhaust fan no longer worked.Overall, we wanted the location and we got a good location, but the overall experience left us feeling a bit let down and dissatisfied with the cost.

Great Visit / Great Home

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Location was great - easy freeway access and close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet. House was fully stocked - plenty of towels, TP, soap, etc. We got a lot of use and fun out of the pool table! Overall a really great visit!
