Winter Access
Between November and April, winter tires or AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended due to snowy or icy mountain roads. Please plan accordingly for safe travel.

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the deck, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, movie room, kids playroom and speakeasy.

We’re just a message away and happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay, while still giving you full privacy to enjoy the home.

-No parties or unauthorised guests.
-Quite hours from 10pm to 7am. We ask that you please respect our neighbours and they shall have the same courtesy.
-Pet fee required and all pets must be disclosed.
-No smoking or vaping on the property indoors and outdoors.
-AWD 4WD recommended for winter stays November to April.
-Maximum 6 guests and 3 vehicles.
-Active wildlife area. Please secure food and trash and dispose all in the trash bins supplied.
-Elevation 8700`. Stay hydrated, take it slow and use oxygen cans if required.
-Government Issued ID and a refundable deposit maybe be required prior to check in.
