The home is conveniently located in the heart of Summerlin â 10 minutes from Red Rock Canyon, 10 minutes from Downtown Summerlin, 10 minutes from the Ballpark, 20-25 minutes to the Strip and Airport. It is walking distance to multiple parks and trails!
The guesthouse is on the first floor and it shares a wall to the main house (garage and hallway).
