🦋Private Studio & Bath 5Min Convention Center, 15min Freemont Max 4 Guests.

The Studio is a private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guests but can accommodate up to four people (for an additional fee). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out,
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent.
The pool can only be used by registered guests. The pool is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant stay, the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.

Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
• 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, Old Navy, Marshall, Galaxy Cinema, 10 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
• Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

Beautiful studio!

This is a wonderful place! The studio is beautiful and so clean. The host is so sweet and was very welcoming. Location is great. Very close to the strip and a great mall. Would definitely stay here again

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I. It was clean and cozy and close to everything. Communication with property owner was easy and accessible at all times.

Vball tourney stay

My daughter and I stayed for a volleyball tourney. It was perfect for the two of us. We were able to Uber easily to the convention center. We also were able to walk to the grocery store. We were unfortunately not able to use the pool due to weather but it was available. Communication was great!

Great place to stay!

We didn’t want to stay in a hotel and found this place to be perfect for our short time in Vegas: very comfortable beds, quiet street, close to the places we wanted to see without being in a busy area. In fact, we’re staying there again in less than two weeks!

Very comfortable stay

Stayed here with my husband and two boys. We had a great time! The studio was so comfortable and conveniently located. Super comfy beds and spacious. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Claudia for your hospitality.

Quick Weekend in Vegas

My 2 kiddos and I spent the weekend in Vegas to catch a concert and see the sights. The studio was perfect, we were able to get good nights sleep and having the kitchen was great with 2 picky kiddos. Neighbors were friendly, parking and accessibility was easy. For sure keeping this on my list for places to stay off the hustle and bustle of the main strip.

Long weekend getaway

Met our needs for a 3 night stay to visit friends. Super close to the strip but in a very quiet older neighborhood. Host communication was good. The property was as shown and described! Great location for the price. Beats the crowded hotels and driving in and out of a hotel property as the traffic is heavy!

Great location

This studio was in a great location for Las Vegas. Check in and out was very easy and efficient. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The unit could have been cleaner as it was not very clean.

I enjoyed my stay for it’s peace, quiet, and comfort. It’s a nice size studio with everything I needed including a full kitchen, good AC, and washer & dryer. Parking was very convenient and close. Claudia was very responsive and accommodating to what ever I needed. I would recommend it and stay there again the next time I visit.

Charming studio apartment

Charming studio close to the strip. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and decorated in mid century modern style. We had a problem with the toilet which was promptly addressed.
