Brakel Point Homestead is a haven of space and comfort, boasting five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate your group. With a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, meal preparation is a breeze, and the two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Families will delight in the dedicated kids' bedroom, designed to keep the little ones entertained and well rested.

The wet bar on the lower level adds a touch of luxury, allowing you to enjoy your favourite drinks in a relaxed setting. Entertainment needs are covered with Smart TVs in both living rooms, the primary bedroom, and the dedicated kids' bedroom, providing endless options for downtime.

⚠️ Important Notice

To help keep the hot tub in good condition for all guests, please avoid using oils, bath products, soaps, or other substances that may affect the water quality.

If the hot tub water is found to be cloudy after checkout and requires professional cleaning, a $400 cleaning fee will be applied.

Primary Bedroom: One king bed, sleeps 2 (main floor)
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed, sleeps 2 (main floor)
Note: This room does not have a closet but features large windows and comfortably sleeps two.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed, sleeps 2 (lower level)
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed, sleeps 2 (lower level)
Loft: 2 bunk beds (2 full beds on the bottom and 2 twin beds on the top), sleeps 6 (upstairs – the only bedroom on this level)

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The hot tub is out of service for the winter and will be running again by Memorial Day.
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
In the warmer months, please contact Elevated Homes & Hospitality for boat rental options on the lake or with any questions or interest.
For insurance and liability reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to tie any watercraft to the dock under any circumstances.
‼️ Important Pet Policy: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests who bring an unauthorized pet onto the property will be charged a $250 fine.
