Cozy Casita with Incredible Views!

Adorable casita, was perfect for a quick trip, full kitchen with everything we needed, cozy couches and bed. The view of the mountains was incredible, quiet and peaceful environment.

Yes it was great 3 weeks. Condo nice. The courtyard was great for us (reading-relax) and pet dog loved it..Enjoyed the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Bed was nice. Was bit dusty especially knowing the fee structure - place should have been spotless. Overall it was great location, spot and would rent it again...

Great condo in a nice complex

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. This unit is super close to the pool and spa - just across the parking lot. The condo complex is in a nice, safe neighborhood, set against a beautiful green belt with walking trail and views of the mountains. The unit itself had been recently updated and worked well for our family of four. Grocery store and CVS were only a block away.

Quiet place

Nice location. Could use a few more attention to detail. Clean carpets, better mattresses. And new fry pans and baking sheets. Stove needs to be clean. The stove filled the house with smoke on a preheat on 350. Should leave cleaning product when you stay longer. On the good side, liked the comfortable couches and dinning area. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and dishes. Close location to the pool and nice private back yard. We stayed for 3 weeks. Giving this info so Vacasa management Can improve the property. All in all we did enjoy our stay.

Great location

The property was perfect size for us with our two kids. Walkable you local restaurants and coffee with Mountain View’s. The property was a little worn and could use some updating. It was pretty dusty, a lot of the blinds look to be damaged from previous pets. Other than the less than desirable cleanliness, we did enjoy the condo.

Very good. Newcomers could use better directions on how to locate their particular unit. ie., that there are two entrances to the community and directions change according to which entrance you use.

A Jackpot Find!

We truly enjoyed our month in this rental unit in January, 2022. It was clean and comfortable. It was adequately stocked with the basic necessities, more so than other rentals units we have used. Hand soap on every sink, hangers in the closets, comforters for the beds, ample supply of towels and starter toiletries. The kitchen had one of each item necessary for cooking, real coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans and skillets, baking dishes and leftover containers which is most often not provided. Our experience dealing with Vacasa was excellent. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Instantly felt comfortable here!

I try not to be overly easy on properties as not everyone is as relaxed about some things as I am, but we walked in the door and I immediately felt like we were walking into our own vacation home. The condo was very roomy and had plenty of living space to have friends over for the afternoon. There were five of us and two small dogs and the area was great. The patio was nice and easy to spend some time on in the cooler evenings, The condo was well stocked with plenty of supplies (extra paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent) and even coffee filters for the 12 cup coffee maker. We spent three quiet and relaxing days visiting friends in the area. The other plus for us was that they live across the street and work close by so everything we needed was just minutes away. There's even a grocery store just a few blocks down the road (tip: sign up for their discount card to save some money on groceries). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The check-in was flawless and everything was sent on time as laid out in the emailed details. We were even able to get checked in a couple hours early as the unit was available for us ahead of schedule. Lovely stay! Thanks.

Tucson gem

Thank you for a lovely week in Tucson. My sister and husband had never been to Tucson and we felt this casita would be perfect for their first visit. The amenities of this vacation rental are wonderful. Spacious, comfortable and easy to relax in this one-level casita with a very private yard. The kitchen is fully stocked and we prepared most of our meals on site. Thank you for the starter toiletries, dishwashing and washing machine pods. Hand soap at every sink is a great touch, too! Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, a choice of light blankets to comforters, and ceiling fans made sleeping great! We enjoyed the table on the patio for our morning coffee and most meals. The patio is lovely for relaxing with a book while watching the hummingbirds zip around. The grounds are lovely with three pools, hot tubs, workout room, and grills just steps away. The casita is very close to wonderful restaurants, hiking trails, golf resorts, and many stores. We loved the location in Ventana Canyon but also the ease of trips to the airport and downtown. We hope to return to this wonderful casita soon. Thank you for making the time with our family so special.

Review

While the pictures of the property we're nice the actual accomdations we're not. The mattresses in both rooms were not the best. The pillows we're as flat as a pancake and the others had plastic covers under the pillowcases. A few of the blinds had broken slats and one of them did not even close completely. The decorative pillows in each room we're old and some had stains on them. The living room furniture was worn out and one couch cushions was completely sunken in when you sat down. The kitchen pots and pans we're a Hodge lodge and had not been cleaned well. We' were not able to talk to anyone directly as it was almost impossible to contact the management company. There seems to be a trend on VRBO of properties under the control of management companies that make it almost impossible to contact them. This property fell into that category. This property has great potential if the owners would just invest in a few simple things.
