A lavish vacation retreat awaits at this home on a quiet cul-de-sac backing up to a National Forest. Highlights include a pool table and backyard haven with lounge areas and alfresco dining. Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill. Spend fun-filled days on the slopes at the nearby Arizona Snowbowl, play tennis at the neighborhood park, or explore downtown Flagstaff's thriving culture and cuisine.

Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and sleeper sofa in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with a DVD player. Family fun awaits in the game room, featuring a pool table, dartboard, and TV.

The chef in your group will love the full kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of high-end, stainless steel appliances - including a roomy French-door refrigerator. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table.

Find ultimate comfort in the main suite, complete with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms is outfitted with a twin-over-double bunk bed, another twin bed, a twin trundle, and a TV, while another comes with a twin daybed and a twin trundle.

Overall, we had a decent stay at this property, with a few hiccups that future guests may want to be aware of.When we arrived, the WiFi and TVs were not working. We reached out to the property management company and they responded, but the WiFi password we were initially given was still incorrect, which made settling in a bit frustrating after travel. Eventually we were able to sort it out, but it would have been helpful if everything had been updated and clearly communicated ahead of time.The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and plates, which was great for meals at the house. However, it was missing some basic essentials, such as a can opener, and there were only a few cups available. If you’re planning to cook regularly, you may want to bring a few small kitchen tools just in case.One of the highlights of the property is the backyard — it’s huge and offers a lot of space to spread out and relax. It’s definitely a strong feature of the home. That said, the outdoor furniture is quite weathered and worn, which takes away a bit from the overall experience. With some updating or refreshing, the outdoor space could truly be amazing.Overall, the home has good potential, especially with its spacious yard. With a bit more attention to maintenance and kitchen stocking, it could provide a much smoother experience for guests.

We loved the different options keeping entertained, the back yard and deck is perfect for sitting and visiting into the night, the hot tub is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We loved our stay!!

Pictures don't match reality

The house is nice, but not well taken care of. There was mold in the primary bathroom. When we arrived a neighbor came over to tell us he was supposed to do work on the roof. We came back from a day out to someone in the driveway - it was the spa cleaner we didn't know was coming. There were ants in the downstairs bathroom. The spa was slimy before the cleaner came. The outside furniture was falling apart to the point we weren't comfortable using it. Overall, it was not the house we expected to come to.

Great location and stay!

Loved the hot tub, pool table, space and sledding hill right in the backyard. Minutes from snowbowl. Host and/or housekeeping just need to be attentive to damage or supplies between guest rentals.

The stay was very nice. The back yard was lovely and very welcoming. The family had a great deal of fun with the pool table losing to daddy (the litteral professional)all the time. My daughter's said the bunk bed was very uncomfortable.

The backyard was very nice and a very good neighborhood. The kitchen and equipment was good (other than the dish washer The pool table was fun but there is almost no lighting in that room. Usually a pool table has a light above it. We liked the hot tub.

There were some very nice points, but many issues. The bath towels were soft but not absorbant and one of them didn’t seem clean. The duct vent was filthy! The coffee pot didn’t work properly. Very disorganized kitchen items. On a positive note, the hot tub was awesome and the beds were comfortable!

Relaxation in the Mountains

This beautiful cabin is in a culdesac - and the property backs right up to the forest. The porch is incredible and there is NOTHING like sitting on the back porch breathing in the pines and feeling & hearing the wind rustle through the trees. It is the perfect place to truly relax and rejuvenate your soul. The culdesac is quiet and you will NOT want to leave when it is time to go home.

Not quite as pictured

I chose this house for its location, number of bedrooms & picture of the beautiful back deck. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, has comfortable beds & furniture. Plenty of room in the kitchen & dining room for a crowd. Great pool table & hot tub. Plenty of towels, soap etc. The back deck was a huge disappointment! Nothing like the picture. Pillows & cushions dirty & torn. Furniture askew. No propane for heater or grill. Doorknob on back door was broken off. Calls to Vacasa were worthless as they had no one in Flagstaff.

Great spot horrible property management

Respectfully, this is a great property. Unfortunately, the property management company to this day has not resolved our experience with a very unhygienic environment in one of the bathrooms. We could not get a cleaning crew in the house, communication was incomplete and ultimately left everything unresolved with no follow-through over a month later. I would highly recommend the owners choose a new property management company. If not for this part of the experience, my rating would’ve been higher and we would’ve considered returning to this property.

Flagstaff Gem...

Loved the house and all it has to offer. Plenty of room and well equipped. We rented this house over Thanksgiving (children attend NAU) and traveled from SF area. The kitchen had everything one would ask for having a big meal (maybe a few more large bowls). The pool table and dart board were a huge hit. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a nice soak. The yard is large and neighbors were very quiet. Our only gripe was the lighting in the house (1980 construction had horrible lighting) needs upgrading and the master bedroom mattress was a nightmare! This house would get 5 stars all day long if the master bedroom mattress was changes to anything except what is in there. If the owner changes the mattress, let me know and I will change my rating to a 5 star! Thank you for sharing your house

Description does not match house

The house over all was fine but a lot of the details listed were not accurate. It listed smart TVs but none of them were actually smart TVs they were first Gen flat screen TV's. All wifi info was incorrect and I had to reach out to customer support for help. The photos are quiet deciving, the house is not nearly as large as it seems and most of the furniture is really beat up and not well maintained including the pool table couches and beds. There is also terrible lighting throughout the house which is annoying in the winter when it's dark at 6. Over all the house is not impressive but is at least fairly cheap
