It’s definitely a great place to stay around 20 minutes from Sedona and 30 minutes from flagstaff and the area itself is nice and quiet definitely will consider them again in the future

About a 45-min drive from Sedona, this cabin was perfect for us and our dogs. Very spacious and big. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Would stay here again if visiting the area

Comfortable & Clean

This home was bigger than it looked in the listing and was cozy and clean. We cooked our meals, and the kitchen was well stocked and enjoyable to use. The location was easy to find and easy to deal with the two feet of snow that fell while we were there!

I was expecting a small cabin. Nope. The house is really cute and spacious. The decor is lovely. All of the amenities you could want are provided. Located in a nice quiet cul de sac. Really enjoyed our stay.

This house needs some major cleaning! The carpets were urine stained, only one small TV in the main area, had to bring my own tv. The bunkbed room you cannot use the top bunk because the ceiling fan is too low and room is very warm . The guest bedroom mattress was really hard foam. WIFI at night is terrible, always buffering. The decor is very cute and very inviting but these areas need to be adressed!

The house was perfect except the house gets very warm during the day, coffee maker did not work and spider webs on the porch but I was able to clean them with old rags I had in the car. The internet is terrible but overall, I would rent the home again knowing what I know. Thank you.

We had to book last minute as our original booking was taken off vrbo. Showed as having heating/cooling with thermostat. Come to find out no AC. Called for help and was told they would have someone call us that was local. Never happened. Miserable hot. Also - spider webs inside and out all over furniture and deck.

Great place, outside needs some love

The location of this house is perfect, quiet, plenty of outdoor deck space and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you might need. However, the outside is a mess. There were cobwebs all over the outdoor furniture, pine needles all over the back deck, the grill has not been cleaned in what looked like a year. There were trash cans full of wood and pine needles and the furniture has not been cleaned in a few seasons. Being that you want to spend the majority of your time on the awesome deck, the lack or care and cleanliness can detract you from wanting to be outside. Glad we brought our own camping chairs as the chairs provided were uncomfortable and dirty. A weekly cleaning of the outdoor space would take this cabin from 3 to 5 stars.
