Home was close to everything. spacious. Could have used a crockpot and larger skillet and better kitchen utinsels. A few more large bowls for mixing.

Unexpected Findings

Adorable house but wasn’t thrilled with our findings. Property team was quick to answer but left us feeling embarrassed. As our other guests opted to stay elsewhere.

Pretty ok

Front light didn’t work , master bedrooms door knob loose, shower water pressure in master very low , and the front door to the house had to be Latched to stay closed. Some of the time the door took several try’s to latch. Other than that the beds were great and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the rental home.

Nice place…Missing Personal Touches

Location and house is great. It’s the little things that make a HUGE DIFFERENCE like water glasses and coffee cups. There wasn’t one glass, mug, plate, or any utensils. We had to go to the dollar store and load up on BASIC kitchen items for our 3 day stay. When you hire a company to manage your property you should make sure they represent your property in the best light available. Yes the place was clean but we were expecting at least a few dishes, dish soap, napkins or paper towels. Checking in after a long flight and discovering there’s absolutely nothing in the cupboards was a big disappointment. Coffee filters, a little coffee, coffee cups, drinking glasses, … is an absolute must when renting your place out. Place was clean but lacking in several areas.

Three Stars is a Generous Review

Very clean place with few amenities. Extremely noisy backyard area due to the fact it faces a very busy street. It was so noisy my family wasn’t really able to hang out outside comfortably because we couldn’t hear. TV requires 2 remotes to use all features. Neither remote had batteries that worked. Had to leave to buy batteries for both. Shower in master bathroom didn’t work at all. Very limited cooking supplies and glassware. Couldn’t cook eggs for breakfast because there was no frying pan, just pots. No trash can inside. On the second day, I found a small plastic garbage can outside that I brought inside so that we could stop using just a garbage bag in a cardboard box. The only reason this is a 3 star review is because the place was very clean.

Great Family Trip @ Gable's Corner

Our group of 6 adults & 2 kids had plenty of room @ this spacious home. We were in town for a family event & enjoyed having a place with plenty of space for our family of 5, 2 grand parents & a sister-in-law. The home was clean upon check in, there were plenty of linens, the back yard was nice (a little noisy from street directly behind when outside) & location was perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and Clean

Loved the layout. Beds super comfy. Could have used a few more washcloths as we had 4 people. Kitchen trash can could have been a bit bigger. Otherwise, well appointed. Great to have a garage to keep the car out of the heat.

Was ok

Mostly our stay was as expected. We had only a few problems. There are no instructions for using the washer/dryer and the property needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom door is coming off because screws are stripped out. Damage to the baseboards that are paper, by the way. Couldn't use the patio area because of all the noise from the major street on that side. Our Honda Odyssey van wouldn't fit in the garage.

It was a good place, convenient, great location, nice house. Needs maintenance and a better preparation for staying guest. Upon arrival counters were dirty and cabinet doors missing, ran out of toilet paper. Don’t get me wrong those were small inconveniences, was overall a good place to stay!

Nice house for small group

The house is very nice and has four rooms with big enough beds and two separate livings rooms. Back yard is nice with a bbq and fire pit but no propane in the three propane tanks on site so that but a cramp in our bbq plans. The kitchen is nice and open but is lacking many things. The kitchen had no can opener or hot pads for grabbing things from the oven. And the only trash can is in the kitchen and is very small for the house size. Overall good experience besides the few hiccups.

Comfortable Mesa Home

This house was perfect for my family.the bed's 2 Kings and 2 queens were extremely comfortable. Everything was like model home perfect. Everything is on a single floor which made it perfect for seniors. I will definitely stay here again if U am in this area in the future. By the way the pictures show it exactly how it really is. I thought the fisheye lens was exaggerating the size but it didn't. It is much roomier than it looks.

This property was clean and appeared recently updated. No frills, but had everything we needed. Easy to get to with just a little road noise. We will be back!

I would never recommend this house to anyone. We arrived in the evening and it had not been cleaned

Terrible experience. Had to get a hotel room last minute due to the house not being clean and too much delay to make it right and clean the house. I would not recommend this house to anyone. I want a full refund.
