Views change continually throughout the day, culminating in stunning sunsets - a perfect time to relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit!

In this beautiful setting far from city lights and light pollution, Lazy Bear Cabin is the perfect location for stargazing, yet is still convenient to Helen, Sautee, Batesville and Lake Burton, and just 2 miles to The Old Sautee Store, Sweetwater Coffee House, or Harvest Habersham - all local favorites!

Rustic elegance awaits you, with a classic log cabin exterior, covered back porch with rocking chairs and fire feature, adjoining carport for effortless unloading! The interior offers a warm and upscale open-concept design -- with kitchen, dining, and living space highlighting the stunning mountain views and scenery visible from the living area.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals while staying connected to the fun happening in the living space. The dining table seats six comfortably, with two additional barstools at the counter and ample tableware for everyone.  In the living room, relax on two large, cozy leather sofas and enjoy your favorite shows or sports on the big-screen SMART TV.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
The covered back deck showcases the stunning year-round mountain views that draw visitors to the Georgia Mountains. Relax in handmade Amish rocking chairs with a cup of local JumpinGoat coffee or a glass of wine while someone fires up the stainless steel gas grill. A beautiful gas fire pit on the porch creates the perfect setting for unwinding and watching the sunset.

Down the steps from the main deck, you’ll find a spacious hot tub overlooking the mountains, along with a wood-burning fire pit. It’s the perfect spot for roasting s’mores, cooking hot dogs, and creating unforgettable family memories. Settle into the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the warmth of a true mountain campfire experience.
