The many rooms allow options for space to gather together, spread out, or to retreat to privacy. 2 living rooms - one with a calming swing chair and record player - the other with deep, comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV. A game room in the basement with atari video game, toys, Disney movies, and yoga mats. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a pod coffee machine. The backyard is fully fenced for dogs to play. Rocking chairs around a fire pit ready for smores night. 6 person hot tub is new in 2026. Mountain views are visible from all west facing windows and in the backyard. The entire house is included in the reservation. The shed is locked for the owner’s use only.

*The North Pole Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, blackout shade
*Basement bedroom 4: 2 roll away twin beds or combine fir a queen bed, blackout shade
Living room: large sectional couch, smart TV, room darkening shades

Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. Early check in or late check out may be available. Upon approval, each hour additional is $20.

House rules:
Our home is your home. We have taken pride in making it lovely and comfortable.

Don’t destroy things. If you do, you will be asked to replace damaged items/property.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the entire property.
Fires permitted inside the designated fire pit and fireplace only. Firewood is provided. No candles or indoor flames.
Lock up when you leave.
Well behaved and potty trained dogs are welcome. Please pick up after dog poop. Doggy bags are provided. Do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. Dogs need to be in a crate/kennel if left unattended inside the house.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 6am. Keep noise volume to a minimum during this time. If neighbors complain more than once or if police are called, you will be asked to leave promptly.
Alcohol is permitted, but in a responsible and mature manner. If you don’t think you are responsible, mature, or of age, don’t drink. If you do these things, you will be asked to leave.
A penalty of $250 for each rule will be incurred if rules are violated.
Permission for photo shoots, elopements, bridal parties must be approved in advance. Maximum number of people in the house is 10.
