Great end to summer vacation!

Loved the view of the beach, and the place was perfect! The comfortable king size bed was nice, and we loved the shower in the master. The pools were great and the hot tub was awesome! Loved having a kitchen and a washer/dryer, but be sure to bring your own coffee filters! :)

Beautiful Beach Condo

Loved the condo. It was spacious for our family of 4 and nicely decorated. Beautiful view of the gulf and we loved sitting out on the balcony. Great location. The beach was wonderful. Loved having the pool too. It is small and was often busy, but never felt too crowded. There was something strange with the electrical outlets - it seemed only the top outlets would work. And in the smaller bedroom, there is a TV but no way to stream. There is a DVD player, which would have been nice to know. We brought a firestick, so that worked fine for us.

Great Location!

We had the best time during our stay! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The only 2 things I wish were different would be... 1- the TV in the guest bedroom was older and only played DVDs (which we did not have) and 2- the patio door is extremely difficult to slide open and closed. We used the patio entrance from the primary bedroom most times, but it would have been more convenient to use the main door.

Nice stay

Great building. Great view. King bed very comfortable. Main shower very nice. Wifi connection is great. Nice balcony furniture. Would be nice to have directions to use TV. New bath linens are needed. Could have used a heavier blanket on master bed. Carpet could use a good cleaning.

Back to school vacation

The location was amazing. Views were awesome and not so crowded in beach area. Room was spacious but needs some updating. Walls and ceiling are marked up pretty bad giving it a bad first impression. Balcony was nice and check in when exactly as expected and for in an hour earlier than originally planned. Pool is not so great. Very small for the amount of guest staying at property

I loved the location, the quietness. The beach and pool was good as well. The actual condo needed work. The furniture is old and dirty. The ceiling is old and dirty. I know this property owner makes enough money to upgrade the common sofa, and chairs. It just needs a good updating-thanks!

Short stay so we managed

Overall our stay was great! Only a few adjustment needed to be a five star review. We are a high tech family, we had to unplug lamps to charge electronics because only half the wall outlets worked. Condo was equipped with three TV’s but only the living room one worked. Lastly the balcony door was hard to open and shut my nine year couldn’t close by herself.

Wonderful experience

Our overall stay was wonderful. The pullout mattress pad needed washed before we used it. The floor had not been mopped our feet were black after walking around. The hallway bathroom tub drained really slow. The neighbors above were heavy walkers or jumped round a lot. I know that is no control of the property owner but caused things to shake in our condo. The staff was friendly and when my son locked the bathroom door with no one in it, maintenance was quick to respond and fix it and they were friendly. Daulton the umbrella rental gentleman was friendly and accommodated our group to the best of his ability. Overall a wonderful experience and plan to go back.

We have stayed here many times and this was the worst condo we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was a disaster! First the garbage disposal was leaking all over underneath the sink and on the floor. Someone came out the next day to replace that, but the next day the dishwasher filled up and we called twice about that. They came out two separate times just to say they didn’t know what to do about it. I was not planning on washing dishes all week. Not to mention how bad the furniture was. The chair in the living room literally felt like the springs were coming through. I can’t even explain how bad the small bathroom was. The tub was filling up and the toilet kept running. They did come and fix that. The main bedroom and bath was the only thing that was decent, unfortunately we didn’t want to stay in there all day.
