Great view of the ocean, right on the beach and located extremely close to popular restaurants in gulf shores. The condo is exactly as shown in photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only “hiccup” I would mention would be the handle to the sliding glass door was almost falling off which made it extremely hard to open to go onto balcony. I messaged the host about it and someone was sent to fix it the next day! Was extremely pleased with the communication with the host as well. Definitely recommend.

View of beach was even better than expected! Condo was closer to the beach than expected. It was not very clean. Floors and furniture (couch, chairs, etc) were very dirty upon arrival. Stains on chairs and sand in couch/beds. Sock from previous renter found under bed in master bedroom. Host was very responsive to messages.

Thank you, Kimberly, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that the view of the beach exceeded your expectations and that the location was so convenient for you. However, we’re truly sorry to learn that the cleanliness of the condo fell short upon your arrival. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We take pride in maintaining our homes to ensure a comfortable stay, and it’s clear we missed the mark this time. We’ll address these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that future guests enjoy the same beautiful view in a spotless environment. We’re glad to hear that our team was responsive to your messages, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with the seamless experience you deserve.

Our room was clean. Decor was outdated and furniture was wore. The two queen beds were terribly uncomfortable. We had an issue with the elevator and tv not working. Elevator was a big deal due to only one and my 75 yr old mother couldn’t do the steps. Our oven had a whole pizza spill but they did send a cleaner to take care of that. A repair guy came for the tv and while there I had him fix the door lock that wouldn’t work. I personally would not stay here again. They were courteous but could have refunded some of our money. We made the best of our experiences!

Thank you, Shelly, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re glad to hear that you found the room clean and appreciated our team's courteous service. However, we truly regret that the comfort of the beds and the issues with the elevator and TV impacted your experience. That shouldn’t have happened, especially with your mother needing assistance. We take your feedback seriously, and we’re committed to addressing the concerns you raised about the decor and furniture. Our goal is to provide a consistently comfortable environment for all our guests, and we’re sorry we fell short in this instance. We’re also glad our team was able to respond quickly to the oven and door lock issues. While we understand your decision not to return, we genuinely appreciate you making the best of your time with us. Your insights help us improve, and we hope to create a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback.

We arrived at the check in time and still had to wait 1 hour before being able to use our accomodation. Once finally unloading, we went to the beach and noticed we had no clean towels for bathing. We called and they were unable to brings towels the first day. We received towels around 4 pm the second day of our trip. It was a miserable trip. We could not get clean to be comfortable. The reservation states 4pm check in and towels for 6 adults. We planned our trip around those promises. We asked for a late check out of 11 since our trip was cut short because of their lack to plan for our arrival. They were unwilling to give us 1 hour extra because they needed to clean. Where was that care when we checked in. Pitiful.
