This condo complex is well-situated in quiet Fort Morgan. The complex was likely peak innovative in the 80s, but it is now drab, outdated, and maintenance deferred. One of the outdoor pools was closed for most of our stay, which resulted in a crowded second pool. The outdoor bathrooms were closed with the pool. The hot tub was out of service. The pool furniture is lacking. Elevators were spotty. Outdoor building lights did not come on each evening until after 8pm, well after dark. That said, it was very comfortable, enjoyable, and a great value. The condo is very "broken in," meaning that it needs some love. Shoddy lamps/lighting, inexpensive furniture, so-so kitchen supplies, musty smell throughout, and overall just worn down and unclean. I would not take my shoes off in the condo. However, once again, for the cost of this unit, it was acceptable. To note: new washer/dryer, nice kitchen appliances, comfortable bed, very cold AC, auxiliary fans, and a large balcony (with no dining table; just a love seat and chairs) with a great view. My main complaint was with the property management, which was unresponsive to our two issues: no frying pan/skillet and a burnt out kitchen light. I requested service over the course of three days and I only got polite messages saying "we'll reach out to your property..." with no resolution. Ever. That was disappointing.I would recommend this condo if you are not picky, need a good value, and want to be on the Gulf.
