The Space:

When you arrive at your Crystal Shores condo in Gulf Shores, put down your bags, change into your swimsuit and head out to the beautiful white-sand beach. A wooden boardwalk makes accessing the shore easy, and because the condo is Gulf front, you won't have to go very far to start building that sandcastle, take a dip in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf, or just spread out a blanket, pop up a beach umbrella and start relaxing! There are also wooden loungers and umbrellas available for rent during your stay.



While you're downstairs, enjoy the outdoor/indoor swim-through pool, outdoor hot tub, on-site sauna, exercise room, game room and exercise facility.



In your comfortable condo, you'll love the view from your private balcony. Sit outside and relax while reading a good book, catching up on the day's news, or just gazing out at the horizon watching for dolphins to surface as they swim near the shore. Beautiful view from large balcony. Well decorated and supplied condo. Easy access to beach with fob. Nice facility.Only complaint was communication with Vacasa about some minor details. Unable to get a rep on the phone (held 10 minutes) and when I sent a message through VRBO, I never received a reply. Got plenty of computer generated texts about check in and check out though.Would stay there again if communication with owner/manager is improved.

Our Gulf Shores Trip

We were very pleased with the property and its location. Very nice 2 br/2 bath with perfect view of the beach! Very nicely furnished and bed was comfy. Parking was quite convenient, too.Would love to stay there again!

This unit was much bigger than I was expecting!! The view was perfect and it was close to the beach! Our kids loved dining outside on the balcony every day. We will definitely be returning!!

Thanksgiving at the Gulf

Property was clean, we felt safe. The management team was really great to work with. They were helpful and responsive when we didn't have the parking passes left for us at check-in they were super quick to help when we called. We spent 3 nights at our condo and everything was perfect.

Beautiful beach views! Walking distance to shopping. Reserved parking space. Hot tub wasn't working properly but didn't have much time to use it. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Quick Winter Weekend Trip

Clean & up to date accommodations. Great view from the balcony! Quiet place to stay and easy beach access. Hot tub was clean too & nice and hot! Guest queen-sized bed not that comfortable but tolerable. Master bed was great! We would def come back in the warm season! Thank you for helping us have a great weekend away from the Missouri snow!

It was easy and relaxing. There are some finishes that need to be addressed in the master bath. Beach towels would be appreciated. The extras were great.

Location is great...but

The 2nd bedroom bed is not comfortable at all. The couch is not the same in picture and very uncomfortable. This host doesnt allow early check in not even 30 minutes. The location is great.

Needs a good deep cleaning, if you went without shoes your feet were black within minutes, couch was so worn and cushions practically flat, washing machine and dryer were difficult to use because of sliding door, also the bottom of sliding doors have been wet and are falling apart leaving cardboard material in floor, also, in the laundry area a liquor cardoard box is covering what I assume is a vent . Only 4 bath towels, wash clothes. Had to wash them everyday after a family of 4 bathed. Light bulbs out in multiple places(master bath, above kitchen sink and oven light). For the amount of money it cost to rent a condo my family and I were disappointed.

Great Condo but… FEES Excessive!

We have been going to Gulf Shores for 25 years and this condo was great. The furniture is not as pictured or represented. I will say that the VRBO fees are getting outrageous, we were also charged a fee through Vacasa, do not use this company. When the fees and taxes are almost as much as the rental it’s time to find an alternative.

Not the Best but far from the worst

I found it average. Whomever responsible don't pay attention to detail. There was a musty smell as we entered which was not a good impression after fighting the tech of the lock to get in. Took us awhile but we finally got in. The clock on the wall had a dead battery which I replaced. We planned on using the kitchen and the Hot Tub on the property as well. Didn't have kitchen towels so I had to purchase some. Also while reading material left there for us we learned we needed our own towels for pool or Hot Tub. This information could have been with the property listing. That is why I gave it and average rating.

Overview of our stay

Overall the condo was very nice, best king size mattress we ever slept on. A few issues we had, the microwave did not work would blow fuses, called and the issues was not resolved while we were there. The sheets on the King Bed did not fit the bed properly, bottom sheet would come off during the night. Very worn and needed replacement. No dish towels for kitchen use, only 2 soap pods for the dishwasher, we stayed a week. Sliding glass door to the balcony very hard to open, no cleaning supplies in the condo to clean up the kitchen after use. Additional hooks and grab bars for Seniors in the bathrooms would be nice. Overall the condo was nice.

Location nice description needs updating

Nice location however some things need improvement. First change pictures as the furniture depicted in your living room isn’t accurate- we even questioned prior to leaving and was told it was the same as pictures- it wasn’t. Kitchen faucet literally moves and needs repaired. We reached out first thing Sunday to notify you of such. We were told it would be repaired. No one reached out to us and we checked out today. It still remains broken. There were four bath towels in the entire condo. I thought that was a bit ridiculous. And you need to have it cleaned better. Our feet were black the very first day from walking around on the floor. Just some simple repairs and common courtesy of follow-through would be great. Your location was excellent, and the beach was enjoyed.
