The property was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. The inside is so pretty and makes you feel at home. Definitely should update the listing pictures to show off the new inside of the place. It was better than I was even expecting! It was just steps to the beach and many different things to do!

The place was fine. Weather was horrible. But all in all it was a good time. It was a very nice get away and that was the whole intention. Thank you for having us.

The pictures of the condo are very deceiving. The beds had no mattress cover. A thin sheet and blanket were the only coverings on the bed. The mattress was very dirty looking and the pillows were flithy as well. The condo had minimal decor and the closet door didnt work in the master bedroom. The dresser had layers of dust on the mirror and the condo had weird smell to it. We arrived at 11:00 pm on Friday, and left and checked into another place Saturday morning. I have requested at least a partial refund.

Good location and great view. The condo could use some updating and door seal replaced. It is functional, affordable priced for a family with two children on a budget or possibly a couple's getaway weekend. I was amazed to find out that guest of Gulf Village access to a pier on the bay located across the road with available trailer parking.

We stayed here for a family spring break vacation. The location/view was beautiful but dedinetly some things to work on. The condo needs a huge deep clean. So many areas were filthy. Walking in I took my shoes off and my socks were black on the bottom by the time I walked the entire place. The one bathroom curtain had what I hope was catchup stains all over it. We were not left a code to get onto the beach so luckily another guest helped us. I had messaged the host about wifi because I wasnt sure if there was any and if you look it shows there is but in the 2 messages during our stay no response. Walking in smelt like mold/mildew, which I am hoping was just because it had been closed up. Overall this could be a really nice property with a huge deep clean.
