This homey Gulf Shores condo is exactly what you're looking for, with entertainment options such as a flatscreen cable TV, shared tennis courts, shared pools, hot tubs, and much more! It also has an outdoor patio and a private washer/dryer. This condo is also equipped with two youth bunk beds, perfect for children.



This condo is a short walk from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the indoor hot tubs, sauna, and fitness room at Plantation Dunes. Within a short drive, you will find the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Gulf State Park, historic Fort Morgan, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

THINGS TO KNOW

Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.

The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.

If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.

Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.

The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
