The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio that provides a spectacular Gulf views.



Features of this upscale and Bahamas styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.



You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Spring break visit

Property and beach were excellent. Difficulty entering the apartment- took about an hour on the phone late at night trying different entry codes. Beach and pool were beautiful. Very comfortable in condo with 4 adults in immediate family.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was perfect! The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, great view and beach service available on request ( beach chairs and umbrellas set up at white shack at end of walkway to beach). The beach had white sand, blue water, quiet and not to crowded. Found several good restaurants close by. Would definitely rent this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautifully maintained. Wonderful view. The large pool is not heated so it was to cold to swim in it. Everyone loaded in to the hot tub. No big deal for me, but it would have been nice to go for a swim if the water was warmer. Beach staff was very helpful. Will definitely consider coming back for another family vacation.

Location was fabulous. Great food right across the street. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Could have been a little cleaner. 2nd king size bed not very comfortable. Kitchen could be better appointed. 1 towel and 1 washcloth. And no crockpot or working can opener.

Lovely beach stay for a large family

This condo was well appointed with (most) everything we needed for our stay (even a blender for some margaritas!). Starter packs of the essentials (dish detergent, laundry pod) are there to get you through until you can make it to the grocery. Liquid dish soap is something we had to pick up. Not an extra trash bag to get you started, so bring one along if you don't want to grocery shop on the first night. Hangers were not available in any of the closets, but grabbed a 20 pack @ WalMart; hopefully they remain for the next guests. The beds were AMAZING. I am so picky about mattress and pillows, and everyone in our group (of 8) was impressed. The condo itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The beach was pristine. Beach service for 2 per unit, and you can add additional set ups for $35 per set, per day. Get your name on the list ASAP, as you move closer to the front / waterline as people ahead of you check out. The property was beautifully kept. The main pool was closed on our first night due to a rogue poop, lol. But the hot tub and lap pool remained open. The locals that live in the tower were on site- sure to tell everyone the situation until maintenance could get it addressed the next morning. The community feel there is strong. One elevator was down and check in times, dinner time, and mornings can be CHAOS to try to get on an elevator. If we weren't on the 11th floor, we would have taken the stairs every time. Budget extra time for the elevators.

Amazing family vacation

Husband and I came with our three children ages 12, 6 and almost 2. We also brought along my husband’s friend and his 10 year old daughter. The condo was spacious, clean and super accommodating! Customer service was incredibly friendly and generous. Would recommend!

Nice place to stay

Pluses about this property: Clean. Great location on quiet end of Perdido Key, within walking distance of several good restaurants. Good layout and nice unit and building amenities. Very comfortable beds. Adequate storage. Good patio seating. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. A/C worked great. We liked this unit and would rent it again. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Building and parking lot codes we were provided by Vacasa were incorrect. We obtained correct code for the parking lot by calling Vacasa. Other guests provided the after hours code to enter the elevator lobby. 2. Because we arrived and attempted to enter the unit 5 min. before the 4 pm check-in, the system “locked us out” for 15 minutes. Don’t make that mistake! 3. The upholstered furniture in the living area is of mediocre quality and very uncomfortable to sit on. The owner needs to replace these. 4. Excel, the operator of rental umbrellas and chairs on the beach takes up ALL of the beach space near the water, although they are “supposed” to leave some of the space available for others to use. They literally put their rental chairs right next to the high tide line across the entire width of Palacio’s beach. If you want to use your own chair, you’re forced to be in back of these rental chairs. 5. The building should install more umbrellas for shade around the pool. The pluses of this unit greatly outweigh the negatives. We think future renters will be very happy with this unit.

Our stay was great, the only issue when we got there was that the curtains were on the verge of falling out of the wall in one of the first bedrooms when you walk in. Other than that, great experience.

The property was better than we had imagined it would be!

The views were amazing! The check in process was very easy, the code sent by text worked perfectly! The bedrooms were nice sized and both bathrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies you could possibly need. The pools were both large with plenty of seating on the pool deck. We will definitely be back!!
