Loved everything about the trip, from the condo set-up, the beach access and the amazing pool! Everything was within walking distance, definitely going to plan a trip to come back!

Great Place

Rained 2 out of 4 days, but unit was super comfortable and close to so many amenities we still enjoyed our stay. Would stay in this unit again!

Great Family Experience

While we did not have a gulf view, this location was very efficient. We were close to the pool, to Crabby Steve's and just a short walk to the beach.

Our experience was really good! Location wise it’s perfect as you are just a few minutes walk away from the beach, the shops and Crabby Steves which is a bar restaurant practically on the beach. Beaches are phenomenal and our room (unit 114) was clean and comfy just like the pictures show. Pool, bikes and all were great too! Overall fantastic Memorial Day vaca for the family!

My family (including kids age 12, 4 and 2) truly enjoyed this condo! The unit was clean and comfortable and had all the supplies we needed. The ground floor location was perfect, steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. The two beach chairs and umbrella were ready for us each day! Perfect stay!

Great Location

High Pointe 1114 was just as advertised. The pictures are representative of the condo, which was clean and comfortable. The ground floor unit made easy access to the pool. The two included beach chairs and umbrella were great for the beach. The two beach cruiser bikes were an added bonus and nice way to get around town. Great location and proximity to Rosemary and Alys Beach.

Wonderful

Great location...easy access to pool and really quick walk to beach, even with a slow 7 year old in tow. Condo was really beautiful, perfect decor and upgrades to kitchen and bath layouts and decor were by far the best I’ve seen in the villas properties. Only drawback was having to stop at property mgmt office, other condos they texted door code; but it was close and fast so no big deal.

We will be back!

This was our first time staying at High Pointe and we quickly knew we will be back. The resort is in a great location, conveniently located to Seacrest and Rosemary. This condo is perfect for a family with young kids. Beach chairs are automatically set up for you every morning and the condo has an awesome beach wagon to carry all of your gear. High pointe also has the option of a ramp or steps leading to the beach, which we have found to be rare across 30A. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great location pool great and beach but condo needs improvement. Hole in wall 2 remotes not working needs remodel loose items and food under couch mattress in guest rooms awful that sunk in the middle

Pre Memorial Day stay

The property is wonderful. Perfect location within walking distance of Rosemary and Alys Beach. Beach access is only a few steps away (directly across the street). The pool is fantastic, as well as the neighborhood. The only complaint I have is that we were awakened early in the a.m. by hammering from the construction crews working on some new units next door, and the maintenance crew blowing off the sidewalks and pool deck (before 8 a.m.) which I thought was excessive. Everything else was great!

Much nicer than pictures

These pictures don't do this condo justice. It's been totally re-decorated and looks beautiful! There was so much space here for our whole family, and we really enjoyed having a private bath for each bedroom. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and within walking distance to everything else we wanted to do. Our only suggestion would be a keypad on the door, like the condo across the hall, since we only had 2 keys for 5 of us.

Excellent ground-level condo

We enjoyed our stay at High Pointe and this ground level condo made it even better! There is no ocean view but the convenience of coming in and out the back door far surpassed the small view we've had from upper condos. Condo is exactly as described and management was responsive and fast when we had a cable outage. Condo could use some new frying pans as most of them are no longer non-stick, but kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend and would stay in this unit again!

The property is very nice but the AC never got the unit cool

The AC thermostat would not allow the guest to set the temperature. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 77 degrees. The temperature must have been controlled remotely. The thermostat appeared to let us set the temperature but always reset to the remotely set temperature. Even at the night, the unit temperature never got below 77. No one in our family was able to sleep. Bad set-up for controlling energy costs!

Good but not great

We have stayed at Highpointe for about 6 years now. Each time, we have stayed in a different condo. This was by far our LEAST favorite. The location is great…steps to the pool and on the ground level which we like. However, it needs some updating. The washer and dryer are small and ok’d. The dryer has really bad rust on the inside. The whole unit is in desperate need of painting. The cabinets in the kitchen need painting as well. The seats around the kitchen table need to be replaced or recovered. They are worn and not pleasant to look at. The patio furniture is not organized and the table and chairs are very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay but this condo needs to accommodate its guests with higher quality when the rate is so high.

Very comfortable and loved the location with the view of pool

They do need to tweak a few things. I would check on the cleaning crew because the kitchen counters were not properly cleaned. Traces of food and something sticky. I also think the owners need to fix some of the cabinet doors because some were loose on the hinges and took a little effort to shut. The washroom was dark because one of the light fixtures were out and I could not see hardly at all. I believe they fixed the next day. I had to get housekeeping to bring me a broom and dust pan as there was none. I would also get housekeeping to tidy up and organize the pots and pans, they were randomly thrown in cabinet and were falling out. The beds and linens were comfortable and very nice. My bathroom sink had toothpaste in it when we checked in,so again, I would make sure housekeeping is cleaning properly. All and all, I would stay in unit again. The beach decor was fun. My teens loved it! Location is perfect.

perfect escape

we were looking for some where we could easily get to beach and also have places around to eat. we found our place at High Pointe perfect. It was a ground floor unit, we could easily walk with a 2 yearold in tow to the beach, the pool and just outside the complex to restaurants and businesses. it is about a block from Rosemary so we could go there by foot also to shop and eat. The unit itself had two chairs on the beach so we just had to claim them the first full day we were there and we were set. unfortunately the restaurant crabby steves was closed most of our trip but that was evidently an unusual situation. The unit itself is easily accessible. we did find across the street at a store we could buy single dishwashing or clothes washing pods since there wasn't a lot of that kind supplies there. plenty of plates, cups , silverware, but no foil, baggies , trash bags so bring those if you will stay longer. across the street from complex is lolas ( I think that is correct) great food and peddlers pavillion had businesses that sold pizza, bbq, wine/beer , ice cream so that was very convenient also. This particular unit had a wagon with beach toys and extra chairs which came in handy. we left a few things for the next guests. easy drive to seaside to check that out, also check out Old Florida fish house in seagrove, great food, atmosphere and service. will definitely try to make it back in the future to high pointe. Could not have been more perfect for us(two adults and a two year old ).

Beautiful space but somewhat deceiving

We were expecting twin and full size bunks, as described in the listing. Unfortunately in the second bedroom it's a full instead of queen and all the bunks were twin. The coffee maker was "moody", sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The check in office gave us the wrong bands so we were (embarrassingly) evicted from the pool area and had to figure out what bands we needed vs what we had, everyone seemed confused. We called the after hours # because someone was in our assigned parking spot. We were assured that there were no "deeded" parking spots only 2 spots allowed per unit. So as long as we only took up 2 parking spots we would be fine. The next morning the parking police came and practically harassed us in the stairway because the spot we were in was someone else's and we needed to move. Our spot was still taken so needless to say we had to spend time figuring out the parking situation even though we'd spent time the night before being reassured we were good. Showers were a little outdated, corroded and the pressure could use some attention. Never went back down to the pool because of the embarrassment and it rained a lot so we spent a lot of time indoors. Overall wouldn't want to relive the vacation but won't deter me from coming back to this area.
