Parking and Wristband Information:

Guests are required to access the online portal through the Community Boss website. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the unit, located on the sign in the hallway entrance in this unit and each parking spot. Please note that guests must enter a valid phone number during registration.

Important Parking Policies:

Scooters are not permitted on site.

Motorcycles are allowed, with a maximum of three motorcycles per parking space, provided they have valid registration.

Trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow lot.

During Bike Week: Guests must check in with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to receive free motorcycle parking. However, guests will still be required to pay for truck and/or trailer parking.

Parking Fees: The parking fees are determined by the duration of the guest's stay. The guest will need to input both their check-in and check-out dates into the app, and complete all required fields. Registration will be based on the vehicle's license plate.

Each unit is permitted two vehicles.

Overflow parking is available for an additional charge, subject to availability, and must be purchased at the time of check-in.

Parking is valid until 12:00 PM on the check-out date.

If there are any issues with the registration in the online portal, guests should contact security for assistance in completing their registration.

Wrist bands will be provided in your unit- if you lose or break a wrist band you will have to purchase a new one from HOA for $3.00 a piece

Unit 1106 is located on the 'quiet end' of Panama City Beach, just one mile from St. Andrews National State Park, with convenient, nearby shopping, restaurants, and even nightclubs just a few blocks away. Visitors looking for more of the party scene can make a short five-minute drive to be part of the excitement the Pier Park area has to offer, while still enjoying the bliss of peaceful, beachfront living at Watercrest. Unit 1106 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably with a king bed in the main suite, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room.



The kitchen is stocked for your needs and includes a coffee maker with both carafe and single-serve options, a blender for beach drinks, and new pots and pans, plus a lobster pot. It also has a dining table that can accommodate eight when extended and extra chairs provided. For those guests working remotely, Unit 1106 offers a workspace and free WiFi. The living room is equipped with a 49-inch smart TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player for those evenings after a day at the beach. Guests can also access their own Netflix accounts through the TV, as well as other streaming services.



The large 200-square-foot balcony has luxury patio furniture designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy lounging on the balcony or watch for dolphins and other sea life on the counter-height stools provided. This covered balcony allows guests to enjoy outside access, no matter what the weather has in store. As an added bonus, Unit 1106 offers free beach chair service (one deluxe double chaise lounger with thick cushions and an umbrella) for guests (a $40.00 per day savings - seasonal only, March - October.)
