There was a lot that needed updating. It was a good location. Blackout curtains would be nice for the rooms with constant lights outside the windows.

The view was outstanding. The unit did need some freshening up. The closet door in the small bedroom was off the track (broken), The closet door in the big bedroom was missing a handle (there was only a screw sticking out to grab on to. It appeared kids stayed in the unit prior to us. The remotes for the TVs were not with the TV which they controlled. There was excessive junk in the laundry room and the open network panel there appeared to be a mess (it should not have been open with no way to close it).

Great location

Beautiful views. We had zero issues while there. The couch is a hidabed and not the most comfortable but there's other chairs and it was just the 2 of us. Nice furniture on the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again if in the area.

Great location!

Condo was exactly as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. The condo pool and hot tub were really nice and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach area never felt crowded and the condo location seemed near to everything. Would 100% stay here again. My only issue was there were only 3 rolls total of toilet paper for two bathrooms and no garbage bags in the kitchen garbage so remember to bring your own!

There is t a lot around the property to walk and grab drink or eat

It was quiet. The hot tube was broke and they didn’t have the heat on in the pool So we couldn’t enjoy that. Weather wasn’t great so Jan isn’t a good time to go . The building has wear and tear . But It was ok

Great location, needs updating

This is a lovely property but needs both security and infrastructure updates. The door does not deadbolt or securely shut, which led to a screaming sound whenever the winds were high. Additionally, like other reviewers, I share the opinion that the couch really needs to be replaced. In terms of security, the lobby was not secured, which should be updated as well.

Great location

This property served us well. There is a limit on parking so 2+ cars can be a challange. My only complaint has to do with the number of people smoking weed on the facility. You could smell that stinky weed every day. One time when I came up from the beach, I would have sworn someone had been in our condo smoking it. It was so strong. Said to have to smell that with all the families around.
