The Space:

Take a break from the ordinary and bring five of your friends with you to this extraordinary condo on the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone will love the view of the coast from the furnished balcony and mealtimes will be a breeze in the full kitchen. As soon as the sun comes up, head out to the shared pool for a quick dip and take the short path to the beach to layout in the Florida warmth. As the sun dips below the horizon, meet the group at the hot tub and watch the sky change to pink and orange. When the night comes to a close, put on a movie or play a game with everyone at the large dining table!



Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family! If you would rather have a quiet day on a paddleboard or kayak, take a scenic drive down the coast to the small town of Carillo Beach!

Great location and nice place

The only draw back was that the AC stopped working on our 3rd night, we let the property manager know and they had it up and going again by the next afternoon! The location was awesome and the room was great! We had a wonderful time!

Repeat visitor to Palazzo 1304

This was our 2nd year to the Palazzo and 2nd time renting this particular unit. Everything was great! We love the ease of being right on the beach and having beach chairs included makes it even easier. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely unit

Everything you need to enjoy a vacation! View is spectacular and the unit is not cramped like some others we’ve stayed at on the beach. Only negative was the office. No one was ever there to answer our questions, corporate couldn’t even get ahold of them. Other than that we loved our stay!

Heavy doors

It was difficult to open sliding glass door. Especially from the outside. I am 60 and usually had to get someone else to open it.

Nice but


Our overall stay was good, condo was nice BUT clean on the surface. Beware of the shower curtain in master bath as it had a lot of mildew on it and the bed sheets were stained. The shower in the guest room had mildew as well. Both toilets had a black film underneath the seat and the bath towels were old/hard and very rough on the skin. Dining chairs were not sturdy and the lock on the patio door lock was broken. Communicating with the property was easy! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The location, check in and parking was great.

The property was not as clean as should been. The dishwasher had a very bad order so we did not use dishes or kitchen. The oven did not work very well. The toilet bowl was dirty. I sanitized when I came in. The bedroom furniture was old with a noisy headboard. The balcony door was broken but not a problem since on 13th floor.

Poorly maintained and not worth the money

Was looking forward to a relaxing, fun time with my family after a very stressful 2 years. From the moment we arrived, we had issues. The rug under the table was curled up on all edges which was a major tripping hazzard and we had a toddler. Every barstool was about to fall apart and I had to hand tighten the nuts on all of them before anyone could sit. The coffee table was wrought iron with a glass top. The glass was not secured and a leg was broken on the table. The pull out sofa bed was very dirty. The mirror in the spare bathroom was barely attached to the wall (another safety hazzard), there was a dirty coffee cup with sticky old coffee in the bottom of it, put away in the cabinet. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. The shower curtain in the master bedroom was absolutely disgusting with black mold all over. The sliding glass door didn't lock, lucky for us, it was very hard to open so the kids couldn't go out. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off everytime we moved. This condo has lots of potential but has been poorly maintained.
