That's not your imagination - this condo is indeed that cool inside. White walls, tile floors, and central air-conditioning come together to make this condo positively refreshing. Wind past the bedrooms decorated in ocean and seashell tones (two with en suite bathrooms!) to reach the large common area. The kitchen is designed to accommodate appliances while still connecting those cooking to the general space. Feel free to fill up the desert tray with goodies from Smallcakes and the glassware with something refreshing to sip. Enjoy meals together at the breakfast bar or at the dining table. Better yet, take it out to the balcony and enjoy a fabulous view of the ocean and shared pool. If you are inspired to visit the pool, you're in luck - there's also a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, and tennis and pickleball courts for you to enjoy. But the foodies of the group may be most excited about the shared charcoal grill!



The beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk away! Experience different and wholly unique beach views at Grayton Beach State Park just five and a half miles away. Scuba divers can check out the Underwater Museum of Art not too far from the park (or charter a boat out from a local company). Yet another way to see the waters is with a tour through 30A Airboat Adventures, offering up fun river tours just seven and a half miles from the condo.



Things to Know

Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

No boats, trailers, motorcycles, buses, RVs, or jet skis.

The HOA requires all owners and guests to wear wristbands year round while they are on property and to obtain beach service seasonally. They will be issued at check in and should not be removed until departure. The wristbands are considered a safety issue and allow the staff to quickly distinguish owners and guests from trespassers.
