Carillon Beach is a 104-acre private beach community located on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Appreciate the white sand beach and crystal-clear water of the Gulf of Mexico by taking a short walk (<1,000 feet) from the inn to any of the eight dune walkovers along the spacious private beach spanning nearly one mile. In the same radius, you'll find many supporting businesses, such as restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores.



Carillon Beach is just one mile from Camp Helen State Park and less than two miles from Rosemary Beach and world-renowned Scenic Country Highway 30A. Pier Park and Gulf World Marine Park in Panama City Beach are just seven miles to the east. Located a mile to the North is Wild Heron, home of the Shark’s Tooth Golf Course at Watersound Club. Between Carillon Beach and Wild Heron is Lake Powell, the largest (767 acre) coastal dune lake in North America. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City Beach is just 12 miles away.



Carillon Beach offers many amenities including four pools, two hot tubs, and one baby pool. Bellview Park on the Northwest side of Carillon Beach includes a large pool, a baby pool, a pool house, restrooms, showers, pavilions, a basketball court, two tennis courts, a playground, and a green area. The resort pool along with two hot tubs are just 300 feet from Carillon Beach Inn. This is the largest pool at Carillon Beach and is exclusive to inn residents. The Lake Carillon pool overlooks the lake and is near dune walkover #7. The beautiful Gulf-front beach club pool overlooks the beach. Other amenities include golf cart rentals, bike rentals, paddleboard rentals, a pier for fishing, walking paths, pickleball, a fitness center, yoga classes, a salon, a spa, and a library.



Carillon Market Street is a New Orleans-style village designed by Lloyd Vogt, a New Orleans architect, with first-floor shops, eating options, and second/third-story balconies. Just off Carillon Market Street is the meeting house and village green. The newly renovated meeting house is a spacious, airy venue perfect for wedding ceremonies, events, and other celebrations. Paired with the meeting house is the outdoor village green space. This large grassy space overlooks Lake Carillon and often hosts wedding receptions, concerts, movie nights, and other activities.



Part of a 70-unit inn, this newly renovated second-story condo features a full kitchen, a living room, and an outdoor balcony. The balcony includes patio furniture overlooking the 13-acre Lake Carillon and is perfect for relaxing or a morning coffee. Inn #202 is ideal for a couple, small family, or small group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
