With an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room together, there's no way no one will ever feel left out here. The living area features a set of comfortable sofas near a flatscreen TV with cable, creating the perfect spot to unwind. The dining area allows up to four people to join and the breakfast bar adds three more spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances that will make every chef happy. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy some fresh air while taking in the views of the shared tennis court down there. And that's not all! Very easy to access. Minutes to the beach. Wish there’d have been beach chairs so we didn’t have to pack them in our luggage. Some living room furniture needs replaced and/or cleaned.

So convenient to beach access

Always love to stay at beachview. Truly a short walk across the parking lot to get to the beach. This condo was clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. Only minor issues that are within normal expectations when staying in any short stay accommodations. We would definitely stay in this particular unit again.

Great place! Very convenient to the beach and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview 209! The condo is very nicely updated and the beds are fabulous! We were thankful for the extra towels and bedding. We will definitely be back!

Perfect condo for a fun weekend with the girls even if it was cut a day short by hurricane Ida. Not beach front, but we didn’t mind the short walk.

We loved this property so much!! So close to the beach. The only thing we didn’t care for was the fact we had to buy our own toilet paper and trash bags if we tan out of the 2 that they supplied lol but no other complaints

Very nice stay. Property was clean, comfortable, quiet. Loved the decor and beds for our party of 5 adults. Nice appliances with full kitchen.(Bring salt and pepper) Easy access to beach with just two minute walk. Pool and tennis court available for use.

Paying 200/night for this place was not worth it, in my opinion. There were stained sheets on one of the beds. We contacted the property manager, who was very nice, and promptly had someone come to change our sheets. I understand the sheets are mass washed/wrapped/sent to the property, so that part was honestly the least of our worries. The most disappointing part was the living room furniture. The chairs, couch, and love seat were so dingy/dirty/torn up we couldn’t even relax in the living room. Some of the furniture pictured was not the furniture in the home as well. I do want to be clear that the cleanliness of the place was great; it was just the furniture was horrible. Also, be prepared to smell urine as soon as you walk into the building to go up to the door. Great location, though!

My sister has always had visiting a Florida beach on her bucket list, so I picked Navarre Beach because I had visited before and it’s a beautiful place. The condo was perfect for our little party and we had access to the beach! The condo was a perfect size, nicely updated, clean and quiet!

Nice weekend vacation place

We stayed here for a couple of nights and they had everything you would need for cooking meals etc. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of days you may want to bring more dish/clothes washing detergent. We only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the beach so that was nice. Overall it turned out to be perfect for what we were needing.

Nice & Relaxing

We enjoyed the condo. Beds were so comfortable we didn’t have any problem sleeping. Only issue was the noisy dryer, didn’t let management know about it till we left. Will be looking for a first floor unit at Beachview for next years stay.

Great experience at this property! Me and my family had a wonderful time and will definitely want to come back here! The only complaint would be the dryer had made some burn marks on some of our clothing but it wasnt too bad. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay.

Wonderful family vacation!

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. It had plenty of seating that was comfortable. The beds especially the one in master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. That only gets a 5 star. Close walking distance to the beach. We were out the door and on the beach within 2 to 4 minutes. I would recommend this property most definitely.

Nice visit - even following a hurricane

It was a rainy/windy Labor Day weekend, but the sun peeked out enough for us to take our two grandchildren to the pool and walk the beach that was only a short distance away. Our only complaints were the noisy family who were celebrating a reunion (and took up the pool on two days) and the inability to use the beach chairs set up for us because other beach-goers helped themselves. We enjoyed the opportunity to be away for our grand girls.

Great location

Very spacious and had great amenities. Previous guests must had some fresh fish in fridge, but I bought some stuff and took care of that. Wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the pool, but it looked wonderful. Sheet in the main bedroom was a little too small, but this is nothing that that takes away from the experience. I renewed purchased online the brand of laundry tablets that were supplied as they were really nice! Feared the grand kids may have been a little loud being that it is a quieter tourist time. Overall, we had a wonderful time 😁

We had a great time. Suggestions : the chains on the ceiling fans/lights need to be longer.

VRBO STAY

The condo was good. The condo was dated. They had done some upgrades but when they replaced items they left all of the holes where the old curtain rods were, and where all of the bathroom hardware was at. The amenities were great but the facility needed a deep cleaning. Everything was clean on the surface. But all of the lights, ceiling fans, blinds, and vents had horrible fuzzy dust all over them. We had fun and will return and hopefully they will fix these things.
