Older condo, amazing location. No frills condo with older amenities for those looking to save money and enjoy the beach. Tub in master bath wasn’t scrubbed from prior tenants. Everything worked properly (although water pressure was lacking) and the unit was stocked with beach chairs and toys for youngsters. We’d stay again.

I've stayed here before in a different unit and loved it. The units have a great layout and I like the area. Some rentals have a long list of demands upon leaving which I don't care for at all. This is much more like hotel in the departure process. Great place and I had no issues. Thanks

The balcony door didn’t open. We had to go through the master bedroom door which was inconvenient when the person was still sleeping. We never got the code to the pool bathroom so had to go all the way back to the room. The guest bathroom toilet stopped up and every time I flushed I got nervous. I had to stand there and watch to make sure it didn’t overflow. Even had to use the plunger one time.It was nicely stocked though

Disappointed that we were not granted early check-in although it was obvious the unit was not being cleaned at 3 pm. Both TVs, all lights and fans were on when we checked in. Definitely not necessary or appreciated. The unit itself was as advertised, but several outlets did not work. Water pressure in the hall bathroom was very low. The fan speed in the master bedroom could not be controlled. The biggest problem, however, was that we could not access NBC on the TVs. Numerous messages to the management company produced no results in remedying the situation. Our group members are major Braves fans and not being able to watch the play off games was a huge disappointment. Had NBC been accessible, our rating would have been 4.5.

Bliss on the Beach

Property had everything we needed and more. Perfect spot, close to all the action, but just far enough to have wide open beach space. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable.

Our stay was very nice. Master bed was very comfortable. Check in process very smooth. All the amenities were very nice. The sliding door to balcony would not lock, but there was a pole laid in the track to keep door from opening. Other than that everything was very good.

Overall pleased, kitchen need updating and floor needs mopping. Right on the beach with a pool to boot and all of the beach goers needs are there! Toys,chairs and beach towels!

I love the location of Emerald Surf; it's a smaller, older building away from the high rise condos and less crowded. Parking is simple and stress free. The condo was as described and clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that need to be fixed but didn't have an impact on our stay. We stopped by the rental office to pick up our parking passes, but they weren't there; instead, we found them tucked in the condo door. No big deal. Also, pool bands were located inside the unit. This owner also had beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and other accessories in the closet, which was nice. The rental company was very responsive to questions, which I really appreciated. I would recommend.

Our stay in this condo at Navarre Beach was fantastic! The condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The a/c worked great, thank goodness because we had a couple very hot days while we were there. The washer/dryer came in very handy as well. We loved having a balcony that extended to the master bedroom. It was convenient being on the first floor, we still had a beautiful view of the beach and just a short walk to the pool/beach. The boardwalk and showers were great and the pool was always perfectly clean. We also loved the little coffee truck across the street that was just a short walk away. We can’t wait to go back!
