Relax and unwind in this cozy, second-story condo boasting a beautiful view of the sound and is only two blocks away from the Gulf. The complex itself has a shared outdoor pool, a covered pavilion with charcoal grills and seating for cookouts, and direct water access to the serene sound waters. The private pier offers fishing enthusiasts the perfect spot to land their next catch of the day.



The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are easily accessed via public beach access. Not far from this getaway is the National Seashore which offers miles of white sandy dunes and unobstructed views of the Gulf.

Stay was good .Cute little condo.The sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the metal we couldnt sleep on it.We also found a pair mens shorts under the bed that weren't ours,The wifi didn't work.Not bad for a short stay.

Wonderful stay! Perfect for just me and my husband. We enjoyed the peaceful location and beautiful waterfront view. Only downside was the bed. Wasn't terribly comfortable. Also, we could not find the trash chute that the instructions said there was by the elevator. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and clean, the A/C worked great, and the bay view was beautiful. The only issue was that our code did not work when checking in. We called the guest services and they were able to fix it for us. We also were not left wristbands, but we were able to get those as well very quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great location! Easy access to beach. Apartment was very nice with stylish and comfortable accommodations. The view of the bay out of our window was beautiful. Easy check-in and checkout. We could hear the people above us walking around, but nothing that disturbed our stay. The only downside is that we couldn’t watch March Madness in the evening athere was no regular TG.

This condo was perfect! We just needed something small for a quick weekend getaway. We had a great time, enjoyed the condo, great location. And the best part…he popped the question! A weekend I’ll never forget!

Navarre beach

We made a last minute decision to go to Navarre after a few days at Panacea. While we liked the Panacea area, we really longed to be on the beach at Navarre. The condo was very cute and comfortable. We had a view of the sound and had beautiful sunsets each night. I liked being on the sound and jit was a short walk to the beach.

Navarre beach stay

Easy to rent and access to beach is a short walk or you can drive over. Came with two chairs and umbrella which was nice. No washer/dryer. Had to pull out microwave to use it. One side of unit had poor electricity. Couldn’t charge phone overnight. Not a big deal.

Nice for the Price

For the money was a really good deal. Had trouble getting in at first with the code, but they fixed it over phone quickly. The condo is older, but fine for me. Would like to see a smart TV next time and no USB outlets anywhere and i didn't have a wall USB charger. The view is great and the picnic area in back and sound beach is nice. I unfortunately didn't find the pool until my last day, i thought they didn't have one and stumbled across it too late. Would stay again for sure.

The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bedding, towels and pillows were nice quality. But.... the condo directly above completely ruined my 2 week stay. An elephant would have been quieter. STOMPED across the floor the entire time. Once at 2:30 am I was woke from a dead sleep to so much crashing from above I wanted to scream! Unbelievable experience. How do you fix that? And it could happen anywhere. Not the condo's fault.

Could not enter the unit with the first code that Vacassa sent, so I waited for text and phone response from a rep. Finally got a new code, which got us into the room, but when we locked it to go retrieve items from our vehicle, the new code didn't work anymore! After another period of waiting for text response, the rep finally sent the problem to the "local" Vacassa person, who finally called (and texted) with a different entry code that worked consistently from then on. Unit was nice, but cleaners had left 2 dirty bath cloths on the shower curtain rod and some trash behind the trashcan. Everything else was good about the unit.After 2 days, we got word that there was a problem with the pool, which would be closed for repairs for the rest of our trip.The checkout process was a little confusing since the in-unit notebook had slightly different info from the email I received from Vacassa on the morning of checkout.

No internet..

Neither remote control worked..one was broken..no wifi. Yes..we tried everything recommended. Called and the girl really wasn't concerned..started reading off the same mess I had already read and tried. Then, she told me she would have property manager call..that never happened. There were no directions as to "where" anything was...pool? Laundry facilities? My son and grandson found the pool on the last night we stayed. Who knows where the laundry room is. The door is hard to open...I don't know how an elderly person would be able to open it. It is a quiet place to stay. And thankful for the elevator. I suggest giving better directions that are helpful to your guests instead of worrying so much about instructions on using the vacuum cleaner.
