Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this bright, nautical-themed vacation rental offers stunning views throughout. Enjoy comfortable furnishings in the living room, along with soaring ceilings, a full, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a charming dining area, and a furnished balcony.



Dine at Steamboat Grill for burgers and beer, or grab a sushi roll or two at Old Florida Fish House, less than a mile north. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The ocean view from the balcony and the very easy access to the beach are both amazing. The included setup of 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas during season was so perfect too.

Great 4th of July

Unit was great. Unit is on the top floor so the view was great. Elevator on the property is a life saver. Beachside steps are a little different, if you have mobility problems use the elevator and go around to the ramp. Stay was great will be booking next year.

Beautiful location!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family beach getaway. Being able to simply look out the windows or sit on the balcony to observe the sunsets every night was amazing. Walking down a few flights of stairs had our toes in the sand. The beach attendant was so kind and helpful. Having a private beach in a popular location is a must. Everything we wanted!

Great place, even better location

We love this part of the beach and this condo was right in the best spot. Condo was nicely updated and spacious. Would stay here again. One thing that would make it even better would be to have a key pad on the back door access to the stairs to the beach.

A beautiful property on a wonderful private beach! Nearby great food and entertainment. The beach is literally at the foot of the condo making for easy use by and for all our family members. Fantastic!

Word to describe- Perfect

This was the perfect vacation spot for 4 friends from across the US to meet and catch up. Condo was perfect and the view could not be better. Clear water, ocean waves and private parking was great. Location was great. Short drive to a Panama City; great shopping and food. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice and affordable place to stay with easy access to the beach. The one complaint would be the mattress on the bed. It was most uncomfortable with a lack of support in the middle creating a divot of sorts.

Great spot and value for my favorite beach!

Very clean - EXCELLENT location in Seagrove, the price is great! Just a few steps across the street to the beach. Property grounds were well kept- nice pool area - several families grilling out. We will stay again soon. We do quick 3 night trips since we live in Alabama and we go several times a year. Mattress was very comfy! Realty Mgmt co also very nice and helpful.

Love the location

We have stayed at Sugar Dunes before but in another unit. We enjoy this area because the beaches aren't crowded and the view is awesome!! This unit was nice but could have been cleaner and we did have a problem with the kitchen sink clogging and the air conditioner the last day we were there, but both were resolved very quickly. Overall this is a great area to stay and we had a great time!!

We will be back!

My brother and his family and my parents stayed with us. 6 adults and 3 kiddos. We have more than enough room. Everyone had their own place at night. We had everything we needed! We didn’t use the beach service because we had our own chairs and umbrellas, but if you want it, book ahead. This place is right on the beach. We are coming back!

Best 30A location yet

This condo was awesome! I am not really a beach person so I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view as well as watching the wildlife (pods of porpoises that came in were really fun to watch!) Having access to the garage was great plus, the location in reference to Seagrove made this condo the perfect destination. We will definitely try to book this condo on our next trip and if it is not available we will certainly look for another Sugar Dunes condo. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

had great time !!! this was our 2nd year at this property !! Staff had to bring us a working DVD player an remote !!! Toilet has problems draining,, we put paper in trash basket !! Bath tub also very slow to drain !!!

Great Beach Access!

Great location and beach access! Our family enjoyed our time here. The beach was great and not crowded. This condo has lots of room. We all were very comfortable . If you want to cook alot this condo may not be for you. The kitchen was not well stocked. Also bring beach towels. The towel quanity was lacking for a family of six. We had a great time, but I was a little appointed for the money.

Great location

The location is amazing. The access to the beach was second to none. This property does not include a chair set up so you have to make your own arrangements. It was also under provisioned. Only two dish washer pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 4 sheets of paper towels . We got in late and did not have time to go to the store, if you stay here more than a few days you have to buy all of those provisions. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were decent. Overall, we are leaving happy but just a few tweaks would be super meaningful.
