The Space:

You've put off that weekend beach getaway long enough - it's time to treat yourself to a sweet stay at this cheerful, second-floor condo in the oceanfront Water's Edge complex. It's just steps out your door to the beach or Gulf-front pool, so pack plenty of swimsuits and flip-flops. Be sure to take advantage of the included beach service during the warmer months for your sandy excursions! When you want to explore, The Boardwalk is just under two miles east, and central Fort Walton's shops, restaurants, and amenities are just over two miles away.



Enjoy the ocean breeze with your coffee from the comfort of your private balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. You'll find an open layout, coastal decor, and all the comforts of home. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up your favorite recipes, or just a snack for the beach. Grab a bite at the window-front table or step back outside and dine alfresco on the balcony. After a day in the Florida sun, cool off in the central AC while you refresh the day's beach clothes in the washer/dryer. Spend the evening relaxing with a little TV or use the free WiFi to post the day's pics to social media. Very clean and nicely decorated condo on 2 nd floor. Had absolutely everything what we needed. Nice pool. Covered parking garage for 2 cars, umbrella and beach chairs provided for us on the beach. Great place for beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the entire condo was spacious and relaxing.The owners were friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation and can’t wait to come back. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

While I love Waters Edge, I was disappointed by this particular condo. There were multiple small things that were less than ideal in this condo which contributed to this review. KITCHEN:- Ants in the kitchen which got into our vitamin/pill container and container of cookies. - No plastic containers in the kitchen so we couldn’t even move cookies/food that had gotten ants on them into something that could be fully closed. - Kitchen supplies were very unbalanced - probably close to 30-40 cooking utensils (spatulas, etc) but only one single cutting board that was the size of small plate. - Expected the very basic in kitchen but it didn’t even have salt & pepper. BATHROOM:- The shower curtain was too big for the shower height so 6-8inches of the curtain covered the bottom floor of the tub. Very slippery and just felt gross. - The tub drain was very very slow so a few inches of water stayed in the tub the entire time during a shower. OTHER:- Internet issues with Smart TV - the Smart TV was continuously buffering and would freeze up, made it nearly impossible to watch live sports.- Bed was uncomfortable and extremely noisy - made loud creaking sounds with every single move.Again, all of these things are somewhat minor by themselves but taken together contributed to the poor experience. It seemed like overall the owners/management company have not really put in the effort to make this an exceptional stay. I would not stay at this condo again.
