The beach is just minutes away, and on-site amenities include a resort-style pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis court.



In the condo itself, you’ll find stylish coastal decor and an open floor plan, ideal for spending time with family and friends. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the window-front dining table. Spend the day on the sand, then return to cool off in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer handles the day’s laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to upload the latest pics to social media. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.

This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.

Great stay at the Luau condos

We loved the location. Quick walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The Hilton has some nice dining options, including a coffee shop. The shuttle service was excellent and made it easy to get to lots of options for shopping and dining. We loved Baytowne Wharf. The pool area is beautiful, we loved that there was a tiki bar with snacks and drinks right at the pool.

Updated, clean and great views!

We had a great experience at this beautiful condo! Condo was exactly as listed and was well equipped with everything you need. Our favorite part was the huge windows and balcony which were great for sunrise and sunset views. Pool was very nice but not heated so we didn’t get to use it during our October. The short walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and close by restaurant and coffee were convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

The unit was clean and just like the pictures.It was a short walk to the beach. Having the beach chairs in the unit was a plus! The only negative we have is that the bed really does need an upgrade. But other than that, the stay was perfect. The views were great and the location couldn’t be better!

Very nice stay close to everything you would want to do for that area.

Enjoyable stay. Everything was great except for the comfort of the bed. Just way too soft for my liking. I am looking forward to reading it got replaced in 2024 before booking this lovely condo again. Otherwise all was terrific.

Nice, clean, updated condo

This is a nicely updated/maintained condo. It was just my spouse and me. We loved the view. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. Our only frustration was that the mattress wasn't very comfortable. It wasn't at the quality level that the rest of the furnishings were. With a nicer mattress - this place would be perfect.

Wasn’t informed I would have no access too balcony, due to the fact they where under construction… they had blue tarpe covering the balcony couldn’t even see the OCEAN VIEW WRAP AROUND BALCONY. Couldn’t even open up a window or anything when cooking the smoke alarm went off and the construction noise was so loud early in the morning never going here again!!!!!!
The whole point of getting this place was for the OCEAN VIEW WRAPAROUND BALCONY
I paid $800 and they offer me $75 back are you serious

For my 8 day Florida golf vacation, I chose to stay in this condo based on the reviews and pictures of the unit and it's oceanviews. I am so glad I did! I loved everything about this condo and Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! Convenient parking garage, condo just as pictured, plenty of linens in the bathroom, very soft and comfortable kingsize bed, wonderful (sunrise) oceanviews from each room and from the wraparound balcony, every necessity provided in kitchen, on-site golf, tennis, pool, restaurants, shops and bars, and a free shuttle service throughout the resort, as well as, responsive, courteous customer service throughout my stay! I would go back tomorrorow if I could and highly recommend this condominium!

Short girls trip

This property is beautifully situated so that you have a lovely view of the beach (which is just a short walk through a parking lot). The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in was easy and the guard was helpful in locating the building. I would say that the sofa bed is extremely small both as a sofa and bed. The only way that four people could comfortably stay is if 3 people slept in the king sized bed or there are two SMALL children for the sofa bed. There are also too few outlets in the bedroom. The room is located in a space with a foyer and another room. It is great if you can rent both rooms and leave the connecting doors open. The beach was EXTREMELY crowded. I had to get up at 7am to set up and we still have people come set up right by us.
