Awesome experience! Check in and check out was smooth. Beds are super comfy! The pool area you get access to is huge. Definitely better, and in my case cheaper, than a hotel. Will book again if I stay in Sandestin again!

Very nice studio. Resort was phenomenal. Beautiful location and close to everything. Tram was easily accessible any time of day to get to beach. The pool next to condo was the best one in the resort with hot tub as well. Had plenty of pots and pans to cook with. Finding parking garage was a little confusing in beginning but we figured it out. Price we paid was very reasonable. Ice machine in fridge didn’t work but we filled tray from ice machine downstairs. Very safe walking trails. Would be nice if beach chairs would be included . Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay. Second time in Sandestin and for sure will be back again. Perfect place for kids. The apartment was clean, beds are comfortable. And what a view from the window! 3 minutes walk to the main square with restaurants and fun. 1 minute to one of the many pools in community. Few minutes drive on transfer buses to the beach. The only issue we had was with parking upon arrival. The host company sent an email saying that we needed to register and pay for parking, which I did. We received a sticker at the entrance to Sandestin. However, the code provided in the host's message did not work for the garage assigned to the building.We called the community security office, and they were extremely friendly and opened the garage gate for us. They explained that the host should have sent us an email with a barcode. It was 9PM already and I didn’t want to call to host company.We were lucky that the security staff was so helpful, and that we decided not to use our car for the next two days, so we didn't have to leave and re-enter the garage.This was despite the fact that we had been to Sandestin before and already knew where the parking areas and different garages were located. For first-time visitors, these emails from the host company would definitely create confusion. There are too many emails, they are very long and not very informative, and to make matters worse, they are sent twice sometimes

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of four. We also enjoyed the nice view of the golf course. The pool was conveniently located on the lobby level. The Village was a block away and was packed with restaurants and things for the kids. The host, Avari Management, was responsive, but there were occasional communication issues that led to some confusion. Overall, I found the resort information difficult to navigate. There is no traditional lobby or on-site staff available to answer questions, and several other guests mentioned experiencing the same frustration.One example was the tram shuttle service. It was unclear where the pickup locations were, and better directions would have been helpful. I think the condo would benefit from providing guests with a clearer map, a list of available amenities, and information about resort activities and events.Parking was also a bit confusing upon arrival. Be sure to park in the garage and follow the signs for Elation once inside the parking area.
