We really enjoyed staying in the middle of all the action. We were able to distance ourselves and still feel like we didn’t miss a thing. Definitely considering staying here again.

Location, Location, Location

We visit Santa Rosa every year but have never stayed at this particular place before. It was clean, had everything we needed to cook, and was just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Great place!

This was the perfect place. There are 2 bedroom with their own bathrooms which was very nice. There are 2 balconies and it is on the main road in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants.

Good view, location

We enjoyed our stay at this property - it was as listed. We found it very clean, nicely decorated, and beautiful view of the gulf. The location is great - right next to restaurants and shops, yet it was extremely quiet. A very good option if you can't be oceanside. I would consider staying there again!

Outstanding location! Just a short walk to the beach, awesome restaurants and ice cream parlor. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. The only complaint we had was a clogged sink and shower in the main bedroom.

Fun location for quick trip

Short business trip stay but the location was great. Right by restaurants, a coffee shop, and adult beverage store. Above Growler Garage which is a fun place to grab a local brew. Condo needs better patio furniture that won’t stay wet. Great water pressure in showers. Would stay here again.

Perfect location across from beach

Excellent stay at nice 2story condo across from beach. Condo is nice but pretty basic and needs carpet and shower curtains replaced (not sure why they haven’t done this as many people comment the same thing). Could use more kitchen supplies and decent pans. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

Excellent location and space. Two story with nice kitchen. Located within walking to restaurants and beach. We will stay here again. The only suggestion would be to upgrade TVs. smart tv with access to Netflix would be nice. The older DV player is out of date. Thanks.

The property was in a great location

Things that need to be repaired..... Upstairs balcony handle on the outside-screws are out and handle is about to fall off, stairs a filthy, carpet is unraveling in master bedroom and there was moldy shower curtain in guest bath, master bathroom toilet paper hold falling off and last the upstairs dimmer switch is broken.

Disappointing

Black mold on air vents. Ill equipped kitchen. Worn out balcony furniture. Sparse silverware. Dust deep on ceiling fan blades. Master bedroom window treatment filthy and hem ripped across. We love this complex but will never again rent this unit. We sent pictures to VRBO at arrival. No response.

Summer vacation

Perfect location and area with the best restaurants and ice cream! Love that we can walk everywhere we need to go. The Abacos pool is never crowded and this place is generally super quiet. Louder in the evenings but never after 9pm. We arrived with some things that were broken or torn, took pictures and immediately emailed them to property manager....requested in that email for someone to come unclogged the drains in the showers. Never heard back from anyone and had to shower with water that rose which was disgusting but we made it. It would’ve been nice to have at least heard back from the property managers and have had that issue taken care of so we didn’t have to deal with it but other than that our stay was amazing and we had a fabulous vacation.

Yes, the location is fantastic. This condo however, is not clean or well kept. I have stayed in this building, in other condos before and cannot believe that this place is being offered in this condition. When you walk in there is a smell that no amount of room spray and cleaning helped. When we showed up (after an 8 hour drive) we had to spend an hour cleaning the hour just to feel comfortable. The carpets look like they have not been cleaned in years. You definitely cannot walk around this condo without shoes on. There was a cabinet in the kitchen that was completely broken off, but was strategically placed to look like it was working. It fell off so many times that we had to just place it on the kitchen counter. The curtains in the master bedroom are stained and ripped. The list goes on and on. This place would be incredible if it had a DEEP cleaning and any effort was put in to keeping it in better condition.

The property was very nice there was a nice view of the Gulf public beach access was directly across the street can see it from the balcony. It is hard to get taxi Uber or any car service so having a rental is a must. The property wasn’t really clean upon arrival there was food and trash under the sleeper sofa, there was hair in the shower and the shower curtain was dirty probably from sand. Over all the property was loving and nice it was quiet at night people where friendly if they spoke otherwise they didn’t say anything they mind their business. There was old used sheets left In the drawer in the living room where clean sheets should be left for guest. Overall it was a very great stay and Vacasa communication was great.
