Well Designed 1BR apartment in a New Building
This Central Harlem apartment, facing the south side, gets lots of sunlight during the winter and stays cool in the summer, creating a perfect ambiance. Since itâs furnished and is my actual home Iâd appreciate a tenant who treats it as their own. I have a few indoor plants that require minimal watering once in a while.
The neighborhood is very walkable, thereâs a bus stop literally outside the building and the subway is a 5 min walk to 2,3 trains 135th Street stop and about 7-9 min walk to 4,5 trains 138th/Gr Concourse stop. There is a Key Food outside the building. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are 1 stop away or 15 min walk with WF delivery available. All nearby restaurants deliver. New places are popping up constantly so there are plenty of options to eat at and order from.
