Bacon Bits is a spacious vacation rental that offers comfort, flexibility, and an unbeatable location for your next beach getaway. Just a five-minute walk from the shoreline, this charming retreat makes it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, you’re also only a short stroll from The Island Grille, a local favorite for casual dining. For shopping, entertainment, and nightlife, The Circle is only a quick five-minute drive away.
Bacon Bits is uniquely designed with two fully equipped levels, each offering its own private living space. With separate entrances for both the first and second floors, it’s ideal for extended families, multi-generational vacations, or groups traveling together who appreciate a little extra privacy. Each level features its own kitchen and comfortable living room, creating two complete and inviting gathering spaces.
Downstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a cozy double bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, and both feature their own ensuite bathrooms, providing convenience and comfort for every guest.
Outside, a fenced-in yard offers a safe and private space to relax, play, or unwind after a day at the beach. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee before a seaside stroll or gathering with loved ones in the evening, Bacon Bits delivers the perfect blend of location, layout, and laid-back island charm for a memorable vacation.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
