â¶ Please note that HOA vehicle restrictions apply. Trucks, RVs, and motorcycles are not permitted on the property.
â¶ Lost or unreturned fobs will result in a replacement fee charged to the guest.
â¶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72â83°F.
â¶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
â¶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
â¶ Pets are not allowed.
â¶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
â¶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in any areas connected to it, including the balcony, entryway, windows, shared hallways, or any part of the buildingâs premises that may affect other residents or guests.
If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
â¶ Check-in is at/after 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11:00 am.
â¶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
â¶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
â¶ TRASH: Each unit has a designated outdoor trash area with a large, closed container. As part of the HOA service, trash is collected daily. Please place all trash bags securely tied inside the large container located outside your door. Do not leave loose bags on the ground or outside the container, and ensure all bags are tightly sealed to help prevent odors and pests.
â¶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, you could be charged damages.
â¶ Our property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the apartment despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and weâll address them immediately.
Key Rules for Terrace Ridge Condominium Pool:
â¶ Safety & Hygiene: Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers. Showering before entering the pool is generally required.
â¶ Prohibited Items: No glass containers, alcohol, or tobacco products are permitted in the pool area.
â¶ Prohibited Activities: No pets are allowed in the pool area.
â¶ Rules & Access: Proper swimwear is required. The pool is part of the community clubhouse amenities.
