Located at the north end of MazatlĂĄn, this spacious condo offers comfort, convenience, and excellent amenitiesâperfect for families, snowbirds, and longer stays.
Set within a secure, well-maintained community with 24/7 security, guests enjoy access to outstanding shared amenities, including 7 swimming pools, a wave pool, zip-line, BBQ areas, elevators, and on-site parking. The condo sits just a 5-minute drive (18 minute walk) from the Cerritos beach.
âThe condo is on the 5th and top-floor of the building and is tastefully decorated and is equipped with the necessities. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as a large closet. The second bathroom also has a shower, and doubles as the guest bathroom.
Inside, the condo feels bright and roomy, with thoughtfully designed living spaces which look-out onto the pool below. An equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, while the in-unit laundry area adds extra convenience for longer stays. Multiple private terraces provide great outdoor space to enjoy the warm MazatlĂĄn weather.
For added comfort, the condo includes pool and bath towels, along with basic cooking supplies, so you can settle in easily from day one. Whether youâre planning a winter escape or a family vacation filled with activities, this condo offers a comfortable home base in a fun, amenity-rich community.
âInternet is provided, as well as A/C in all of the rooms.
It is about an 8 minute walk to the main road, where you can catch a city bus to take you into town, and cabs and Uber are also readily available. If you drive down, there is one parking spot included as well.
**NOTE** The elevator for this building is currently undergoing maintenance and is NOT operational. We will remove this message when the repairs have been completed. You must currently use the stairs to the 5th floor.
