VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKESIDE OASIS:
1. Max Occupancy: 16 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles, no RVs and no trailers allowed
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighborsâ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are 2 outdoor cameras that overlook the front entrance and driveway, and a back facing camera overlooking the back yard, dock, infinity steps and cove/canal. These cameras monitor safety, security, weather, and help with assisting guests. Neighboring homes are nearby and may also have outdoor cameras. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS NOT ALLOWED:
Lakeside Oasis is not pet friendly. Please note, however, the house is not pet free. On occasion, the ownersâ family have a non-hypoallergenic dog.
WATER ACCESS:
You can moor one boat to the shared dock. The canal/cove is tight and it may not always be available to moor a boat due to the fluctuating lake level, meaning the lake may not be deep enough to bring in a boat safely. Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to water supply lines that run in the lake. Boat and insurance details are required. If youâre bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more information.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
Parking is permitted in front of the house and garage and can accommodate a maximum of four vehicles. Boat and trailer parking are not permitted due to limited space. Please do not block other homesâ access or the shared driveway with the boat rental company next door. Parking in the nearby parking lots is only permitted during the day, and overnight parking will be ticketed or towed. If youâre bringing a boat, or need suggestions for additional parking, please be sure to let us know and we can provide options.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND:
There is extreme fire danger in this area, and we kindly ask for no smoking anywhere on the property.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you're not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
