Spacious 2BR beachfront condo with direct beach access and great amenities. Sleeps 7 with 3 beds plus a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, central AC, smart lock entry, an 86" Smart TV, comfy living area, dining for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. Building offers a pool, gym, and game room for a relaxed seaside stay.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ No free parking on the property; 24-hour valet parking is available for a fee.



The Neighborhood:

Hollywood Beach is the perfect spot for sun, sand, and relaxation. Take a stroll along the famous Broadwalk, just steps from the beach, or soak up the sun while listening to the gentle waves.



The area is full of charming cafes, restaurants, and local shops where you can enjoy fresh seafood, grab a coffee, or browse unique boutiques. There’s always something new to explore around every corner.



For adventure lovers, biking, paddleboarding, and other water sports are right at your fingertips. Scenic parks and piers provide the ideal spot to unwind, watch the sunset, or enjoy a picnic by the water.



Getting Around:

Walk or Bike – Easily explore the Broadwalk, nearby shops, cafes, and the beach on foot or by bike.



Free Trolley – Hop on the local trolley to reach downtown Hollywood and nearby neighborhoods.



Ride-Sharing & Taxis – Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available for quick trips around town.



Public Bus – Broward County Transit buses connect the area to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and beyond.



Car Rentals & Parking – Convenient rental agencies nearby and valet/paid parking options available.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please note that the building handles all incoming packages directly at the front desk. There is a mandatory $5 fee per package for pickup, regardless of size, carrier, or quantity. Guests must pay this fee at the front desk upon retrieval. This is a building policy, and we do not have the ability to waive or modify it.
