🚫 No Pets – $500 fine + immediate removal w/ no refund

💳 Cancellations will incur a processing fee of 3% or $75 (whichever is higher)

Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest must be 23 years or older to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and possible removal from the property without refund.
Travel Insurance Recommended
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, power outages, illness, or travel disruptions.
Cancellation Processing Fee
All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 3% or $75 (whichever is greater).
