Checking in and out was very easy. The property is on a private road, but its right off Highway 98, and you can hear it at night. It is located right in-between Carabelle and East Point. Property is elevated with stairs. Overall the property is in good condition, the grounds could use some cleaning up and attention. The kitchen and living area is open and large. It is adequality stocked with what you need for a stay. The master bedroom is large, but there is not a true shower in the master bath, that only leaves one shower in the house. The house sets right on the bay and there is a small beach area. There is a patio the runs the whole length of the back on the house that is nice to sit out on and watch the dolphins in the bay each morning. However the patio is not screened in and a 200,000 acre state forest is across the street. Bring plenty of bug spray, the yellow flies are relentless. The property is a bit worn out and could use a deep cleaning. The Wi-Fi would run very slow with several users on it. Overall we had a nice stay, but the flies and other issues put a damper on the stay.
