Great Easter Weeken

This property was fantastic! It was convenient to Carrabelle, amazing restaurants, and glorious beaches. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. I would 100% stay here again.

Great home base for Carrabelle, Dog Island, and surrounding communities. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Enjoyed the pool and quiet community when we weren’t at the beach or on the boat.

Everything was great. Decorations were done well. Isolation was what we wanted and got Bathtub behind kitchen a little slippery but 5 mat cured that. Met owners who were greatWill go back next winter

Fabulous Place

Andrea and Rachel were fabulous to work with making arrangements and were very responsive to answering questions and any concerns. The house was as listed, very clean and so cute. We did not go to the pool but it is right beside the house and there were no issues with loud music or kids making noises. Andrea and Rachel thank you for a wonderful stay !! We will be back ! D. OK but could be better

The home was nice, but the rug inside the front entrance was very slippery. I slipped and almost fell. We had to move it. The main bath did not have extra toilet paper or complimentary shampoo, etc. the blinds were raised so high, I couldn’t reach them to pull down at night.

Hi JoAnn, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- The entrance rug was freshly laundered before your arrival, which may have made it more slippery than usual. We’ll be adding a rug pad or replacing the rug to prevent this from being an issue in the future.- We’ll be working with the cleaning crew to ensure that extra toilet paper and complimentary toiletries, like shampoo, are stocked before each guest’s stay.- The window blinds are designed with knotted cords to keep them off the floor but are intended to be easily accessible. We’ll check their placement to ensure they are within reach for all guests.Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Failure to Launch

This is not really a review of the property as we did not go there at all because of the hurricane conditions. The trip was to be a fishing trip, but because of the weather and water conditions we elected to cancel the trip. When Evolve was asked about partial compensation, the only offer was to refund the cleaning fee (which was not even needed). While I did not expect a full refund, I feel some compensation should have been made.
