Pearl Beach A and B deliver the ultimate lagoon-front experience with two side-by-side residences designed for larger families and group gatherings. Wake up to beautiful water views, step directly onto the sand from either unit, and spend your days enjoying St. George to the fullest! With room for up to 24 guests, everyone can spread out comfortably while still staying connected. Each home features its own fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, making meals and downtime easy and enjoyable. Grill outdoors, dine under the open sky, or use the included kayaks and paddleboards for a paddle across the lagoon, all just steps from your back doors.

**Please note these units are two of three adjoining residences with shared walls; however, each has its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. The lagoon beach access gate for units B and C is shared and is accessible through Unit B’s patio. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and courteous when using this shared access point.**

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
