The Primary Home:
Bedroom 1: King bed and rollaway twin bed
Bedroom 2: King bed and twin floor bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed

The Cabin:
Bedroom 1: King bed with rollaway twin bed
Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds

*CAMPING IS AVAILABLE! Please message us for details and pricing for additional guests. Both homes, along with "campground" can accomodate 30 guests!

Please note this is a listing for the full property. If your group is less than 8, both homes are listed separately as well.

Guest access
* You’ll have full exclusive access to the entire property (10 Acres), including both homes, private beach, and outdoor camping and recreation area. Each house comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with the use of twin rollaway beds, plus an additional twin floor bed in the Main House—allowing accommodations for up to 16 guests total.

*For larger groups or adventurous stays, guests are also welcome to set up tents and camp near the river (Outdoor bathroom & shower coming May 1, 2026). Just send me a message for details and guidelines.

* This is a rural setting, so please be cautious of the steep hillside and poison oak in some areas.

Other things to note
Parking
:
The gated property has keypad access for two homes on the property. The driveway is steep—enter and exit with care. You’ll have 4 designated parking spots for the Main home and 3 spots at the Cabin.

* The house sits on the Avenue of the Giants, so some traffic noise from HWY 101 may echo through the valley.
