Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited or approved ahead of time
Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund
Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (if applicable)
Pets
Pets allowed only in designated units
If allowed: Must be approved in advance and cleaned up and dispose of waste
Parking
Park only in designated areas (driveway / assigned spaces)
Do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on grass
Cleanliness
Please keep the property reasonably clean
Trash should be placed in designated bins
Dishes should be washed before check-out
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay
Report any issues immediately so we can address them
Security & Safety
Do not tamper with security cameras or devices
Lock doors and windows when leaving the property
Maintenance Issues
Notify host immediately of any problems
Do not attempt repairs yourself
