GENERAL AIRBNB REGULATIONS

It is mandatory to read the regulations before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. No loud volume is allowed, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to registered guests and visitors on the platform who have been notified to the host. For building security and access protocols, it is necessary to send a photo of the official identification of each guest and visitor via Airbnb chat. This will be requested at reception to verify their identity and grant access to the building.
4. No parties are allowed, and it is prohibited to wander outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If any stains occur, an additional cleaning fee or replacement fee will be charged.
6. Towels and/or bed sheets will be charged if stained, either from makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, approval must be obtained from the host.
12. The amenity regulations must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the designated location as indicated by the host. Check-out must be by 12:00 pm. If you leave after this time without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500.00 MXN will be charged.

BUILDING AND AMENITIES REGULATIONS

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the regulations for each amenity, which is outlined in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the photos of the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.

FINES

Violation of any point in either regulation may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain cannot be removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per comforter.

Damage to or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional cost of $1,000 will be charged).

Damage to the property: Value of materials + Value of labor + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
